This Starbucks is WAY TO EXPENSIVE for it to be on a college campus and when you get there they take forever they are too slow and need to be actually trained. I'm not sure if they even have higher ups but they need to do there job and not take 20 mins to make a small water.Take a cup and put water in it. But they manage to take 20 mins. I'm not sure how. But they really need to replace it with anything else.The atmosphere is good either. Too crowded and not good staff.

Giving it 1 star because I have to. There’s NO reason why I should order my drink at 4:15 pm and still be waiting at 4:43 pm for a VENTI ICE WATER. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, I literally watched two workers skip my cup and work on other orders. After my cup was skipped so many times, I left without an ice water. Thanks for wasting my time.

First time I seen a Starbucks in Tennessee that has actual large cups. Lines are busy depends what time you go. Decent food.

The baristas aren’t trained properly so don’t go there looking for an actual Starbucks drink tbh. Chasity and destiny are basically scissoring 24/7 so if you plan on working there just know that you’ll never get what you want or need but her little assistant will be up there getting EXACTLY her way. Shoot, she gets such a precise schedule and gets to do whatever she pleases through the work day, and Chasity even took her to the Bahamas ! What boss takes their employee to an island vacation and gets drunk with them ???It’s super uncomfortable to constantly be around the negativity they bring also. And don’t feel like reporting it to the higher ups will help you.. they will straight up ignore you and make you have a conversation with whoever you have an issue with and it just makes things uncomfortable fr fr… the pay isn’t worth what they ask of you at all either. The schedule is also super iffy and they say you’ll get hours but I promise , everytime school is out or slow. You will have no income. It’s super unreliable. All places owned by Aramark on campus is this way and the leadership is just super unprofessional and biased and they don’t see what they should, just what they want.But I mean. If you want to work somewhere where you can talk back and not show up and not do anything correctly without any kind of punishment. Then it may be for you??‍♀️ just know, as loyal, and as much work you put into them. They will not reciprocate. And you will NEVER gain value with them. Ever. You just have to be comfortable with being used.

You guys need to keep open your grub hub until an hour before you guys close. It's really inconvenient of it being closed only on grub hub on random days and random times.

I showed up to get a basic brewed coffee and there was no line,but the red-haired barista and just about everyone else ignored me for a good few minutes while I sat at the counter before taking my order. I don't make this claim lightly,as at least three employees were literally leaning and doing nothing/talking and laughing while I waited and they avoided taking my order or greeting me. This business would probably run a lot better if employees were as focused on their job as they are on laughing and cutting up with their coworkers. I could understand if it was training,but the red-headed employee I mentioned,along with at least one other person leaned on the counter directly in front of me while they casually talked and laughed,somehow ignoring me for a good 2-5 minutes. I was really let down by this experience, and this Starbucks needs young employees that actually care about customer service, as all of the employees in this instance were young adults.

Keep it simple and this place is great with a Starbucks cup. $0.60 for an iced coffee refill. Skip the $5 Frapoflipochino ?

I ordered a decaf caramel praline latte with Coconut milk. I am lactose intolerant and can’t have caffeine in high amounts. They definitely gave me full caffeine and regular milk.

always closed early or just randomly closes during the day. Wouldn’t know if it’s good or not cause college kids just want to close it all the time for no reason
