This Starbucks has went downhill and you can tell it is because of the management. I came in to get coffee and the manager, Alex?, rang us up, then proceeded to berate and argue with another employee about policies. I am used to the employees having a good time and enjoying each other's company, but it seems like they may all be afraid of him, or afraid of making a mistake.

i’ve been put off of starbucks for years because many other locations would be inconsistent and just have funky tasting food and drinks. but, this one always gets me right with hot food, and solid drinks exactly how i order them. plus the workers are always so sweet even during busy rushes.

The truth is bad service I asked for a medium coffee and they served me as a Smooth bad service I don't recommend there because they are like racist with Latin people they served me more foam than coffee

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly for the last few weeks. I usually have a great experience when the very sweet/cheerful girls (not sure their names, but they are blonde haired, and the morning drive thru crew) are working. Today I went inside to place my order and I stood at the front counter (I was the only one in the store) for over 5-6 minutes and decided to leave. A worker named Jess looked my direction once, rolled her eyes, and continued working. I understand if they are busy trying to get drive thru drinks, but she could have smiled and said “hang on one moment” or “welcome in”. Anything. But not one person looked up, not one said hello, and they all looked angry to be working or annoyed that I was there. Not a pleasant experience at all today. I even said “never mind, thank you” as I was leaving and still not one person looked up. /:

Cannot break a 100 dollar bill on a Sunday afternoon at Christmas time huh??? Ok I will go down to the other coffee shop then!
They forgot one of the beverages on my order entirely, but when I asked about it at the counter, they made it for me in a fairly timely manner. Clean establishment. Not a bad place.

Will not be back to this location. Both Beverages were missing 1/3rd of their contents. Milk was also burnt… baristas suggestion was to add more whipped cream. Will not be back

The best starbucks in the area! They were friendly and personable in a quick interaction, and the pecan oat milk latte and Pesto egg sandwich were exactly what we needed before we hit the road again. I'm glad they think Little Shop of Horrors also counts as an early spooky season movie.
