The service was great but I’m almost certain they didn’t make my shaken espresso correctly. I ordered it before driving there and I only live 7 minutes away but it was already separated so bad it looked like an iced latte. Was so gross to taste all that sugar and espresso at the bottom.

I’ve been coming to this location for so long. I do mobile orders and some of the employees at this location always make it a point to tell you “Please be sure to place your mobile order a few minutes before you get here” Well I don’t live super close so I can’t place it while I’m at home. Do you want me to pick up my phone while I’m driving because I’m not risking my life for a coffee. I place my order when I pull in. I’m so sorry that it is so incredibly inconvenient for you all. I’ll be going to Dutch bros from now on where they are incredibly friendly and the drinks are honestly better anyways!

Wow, SM Carlos is the most disrespectful, condescending individual I have EVER come across at a Starbucks. AND he’s the store manager! Your store just lost 2 customers. Half ice for a venti espresso brown sugar oat milk and non fat latte and a none warmed up brownie. Carlos stated that it came with almond milk not oatmilk (INCORRECT), latte tasted like watered down milk and brownie was heated and melted all over me! Good luck.
New policy where they leave 1/4 inch off your drink and have to fight with them to get it topped off. Already paying $7 for a coffee. Manager said most people are ‘understanding ‘ of our new spill proof policy. Nope it’s definitely them trying to save money and deliver less. Sorry I don’t go with the flow through the cow trough when someone is deliberately ripping me off (paying same and serving less). Thanks for the gas lighting though. Your store will definitely be losing business. Being stingy and a bad attitude brings more business said no one ever!
