This location of Starbucks every morning they have only one person at the register. She slows drags and doesn't speak to you...she walks pass doing other orders done online and not even acknowledge you standing there. She is very rude and has an attitude as if she doesn't want to be there. Her customer service is 0 rating. This Starbucks is on my way to work and in my community, I shouldn't have to go someone else. She should at least for the mornings doing work days have two people to service. This place needs to be shut down if they cannot provider good customer service and friendly staff. I only being ordering a strawberry refresher with lemonade and a lemon loaf sometimes. She is awful and it makes the franchise look even worse...Chic-fil-A would never!!!

This is absolutely The friendliest Starbucks location in Murfreesboro! Everyone at this location is truly SO kind! I’m always greeted and acknowledged kindly - THIS morning I came in and almost every worker said good morning Destiny and it was a full lobby & everyone was working, , so for literally almost every worker in the store to take a minute and look up and be kind & make little connections with their guests is the reason I come to this location so often. My drinks and food are almost always perfect, In the RARE chance that something is wrong they are so quick and kind to fix it!

Multiple times well within business hours they are arbitrarily closed. Today was told at 5:15pm by a worker with an attitude “no I’m closed” when I asked if I could order. Starbucks, close the store or get new manager. Ridiculous!

They don’t understand the difference between White hot chocolate and white mocha. I’ve ordered White hot chocolate twice and they always make white mocha .

How this Starbucks “grocery” chain has a 4 star is baffling to me. We come in today (July 27, 2024) we say good morning and the barista did not say anything but mumbled under her breath. Then when my husband asked for roasted coffee all she can say is “there’s no roasted coffee” while pointing to the sign. WTH? A coffee shop and not just any coffee shop it’s STARBUCKS!!! NO ROASTED COFFEE???? To make it worse the barista was not the well know friendly great customer service that Starbucks is known for. WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I’ve been a loyal customer since Starbucks came on the scene worst store and worst barista!

The two girls with the piercings at the counter, utterly inattentive.
We waited 10 MINUTES for ONE frappe.
They both stood there on their phones, no communication that they were waiting on another employee to come and make the coffee because i guess they were both incapable of doing so.
No telling if we were just sitting there for no reason while our drink was ready because out of the three employees, none of them had the decency to say, "hey your drink is ready!"
Seriously???
Hire employees who actually care instead of being on their phones.

Usually I am not impressed with the employees at this location, but today Taylor was amazing. They’re always “on break” at the busiest times of the morning or the employees you can tell do not want to be there & that is never a way to start your day. Taylor was very kind and friendly even though there was a sign up that she was getting supplies she’d be back I just stood there (not rushing her) and she took my order in the midst of being slammed and I just commend her for that bc any other time, you will not get that at this location. So merry Christmas to Taylor she is awesome. ♥️

I ordered a hot chocolate and got a coffee instead. ( I made sure it was my name on the sticker.) the app changed my location and they wouldn't make my drink at that location. I had to drive 30 minutes away to get my coffee.
