Coffee - pumped up and in your cup. Of course, that tasty beverage will cost you. They are definitely skilled in delivering a beyond your basic cup of joe. Would I spend the dough daily? No. But an occasional treat is good for the disposition.

Stopped in for coffee bathroom and coffee break Bought two Discovery series mugs and took a break Noticed a flag on the wall, but no American or state flag. I will not have this agenda forced So this Starbucks will never see me again. American flag must always be flown first This is just weak management

Serious…if you order a hot… it’s not hot just barley warm almost cold…if you order a cold it comes to you with the exact same situation in reverse… not cold at all but weird and warm… watered down ice melted not cold but warm iced coffee… it’s very disappointing and considering how much I’m paying not ok

Went back again today and even today
Nasty Luke warm and I even requested it to be the temp I want… tastes like mud water… I’ll will not ever be back… this one should be shut down or every one fired and start over … never had a Starbucks this bad

Went to store around 8 pm with the usual big order to find out, expressing machine was broken. Then they send us down to Cason lane because they said this location was open. Drove down there and they were closed. I will now take my business to another type of coffee shop.

I went through the drive through and ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch for my daughter. She handed us a full cup with smooth blended coffee with no caramel. I asked her nicely after paying and tipping "hey we ordered extra could you please fix this?" She stared at me with a horrible look and says "take off the lid." Walks off without another word and bring it back with a smear of caramel on the top. I just paid 15$ for two coffees and I say "hey no, please remake it" She says "I cant" and I'm like " no, you definitely can" the girl walks off angry, and another girl comes back with a cup maliciously made with more than half the contents of caramel. It's completely inedible. So because it wasn't made correctly and I asked them to fix it I deserved that kind of service? I asked her do you think this is funny? I also asked for a refund and left my drinks. I was refunded for the drinks and not the tip I left. Absolutely feral service from the girl with long dark hair.

My wife and I have been going to Starbucks for a very long time twice a week , but after today NO MORE . I received a email 4 drinks any of choice for $20.00 using their app , my wife down loaded the app on her phone , go and order the 4 drinks it was $27.58 show them the email and because the email was sent to me instead of my wife they would not honor the $20.00 deal, needless to I told them what they could do with their coffee. . Know this don’t mean anything to them to lose a longtime customer but BYE
