I've been to many Starbucks, but this is by far the best location. The baristas all know what they're doing, and the drinks are always stellar. Makes me want to come back over and over again - will definitely recommend this one

I stood outside for 45 minutes in 48 degree weather waiting to buy the bearista bear, 1st person in line. They had two cups on the shelf and when the doors open there were none on the shelf to be bought. When I asked one barista if they had them she looked at me dumbfounded like she had no idea what I was talking about and then proceeded to tell me that the only cups on the shelf is what they had and I told her they had two on the shelf prior to opening. She proceeded to walk off and made me wait 20 minutes just to come back and ignore me and when the other barista at the register was asked about them she said oh we have no bears and the lady checking out said how she was the third person who was waiting before the store was open and I was the first person waiting and there were two prior to opening and how was that fair to the customer? She said look I don’t know what to tell yall. And I ask “so you bought them while on the clock?” She said “yep”. First off how is that fair to the loyal customers that you have waiting for items to drop so they can be purchased secondly this is probably the worst treatment I have ever received at any Starbucks location. Will not be coming back.

This location is my preferred Starbucks in the boro! I usually get an iced mocha latte and they are always great! The baristas are polite and efficient. However, Starbucks has raised the price of this drink over the past year by about $1.

I go here daily and today they were having an off day. Drive through was a long wait and the coffee and snack were not good at all today. I hope all goes back to normal tomorrow.!I’m not sure what is going on today

While Starbucks builds their restaurants to be identical in quality they simply are not the same. This Starbucks however was as yiu would expect them to be: fast, friendly, efficient and with just the right amount of friendliness - not too sweet but polite and professional. Ordered 2 drinks, both iced. And a breakfast sandwich. Drinks were made well and as ordered. Food was hot. The drive-thru had 4 cars ahead of us but they served us quickly. Definitely put this Starbucks ahead of others!

Coffee - pumped up and in your cup. Of course, that tasty beverage will cost you. They are definitely skilled in delivering a beyond your basic cup of joe. Would I spend the dough daily? No. But an occasional treat is good for the disposition.
