Starbucks employees always have a certain perky positive attitude. I get Starbucks 2-3 times a day. I’m addicted. Never had an issue with customer service. Today however, Abby here at this location blew my mind. I ordered my usual 3 venti vanilla cold brews. I gave it about 30 minutes and went to pick up. They said “how can I help you” I responded I was here to pick up… and then crickets… I was saying hello hello. I don’t go to the window until they say okay but I didn’t know what was going on. I pull up to two people working there who do not come to the window, in spite of seeing me there. Literally 10 minutes or so waiting on them to address me. Abby opens the window with attitude “ did you stop at the speaker” which I answered yes, but that whoever was helping stopped mid sentence and stopped responding. She continued on (instead of apologizing for the wait- especially when neither of them were helping anyone else and my drinks were half melted.) with “you can’t come here until we tell you to.” Holy cow. Just get the order lady. She got the drinks, which again were melted big time by now. As she’s handing them AGAIN, says “so next time do not come to the window” wow just wow.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a simple Pike’s Place coffee. I asked about my coffee and the gal behind counter went to grind the coffee and brew it. I told her it’d be nice to tell the customer initially if it had to be brewed. She blew me off.

I ordered doordash and it had spilt in the bag, so i called and told them and they fixed it for me, and made sure it was secure. They also gave me a bigger one for the inconvenience! They are all amazing and so sweet!!

First time I came here I did drive thru. I ordered 1 drink. I was in line for 15min. Yes there were other cars in front of me but other Starbucks are wayyyyyy faster. 2nd time I came here I went inside to avoid the drive thru. I ordered 1 drink and a chocolate croissant. I just asked the girl how long that would take. No attitude I simply asked. She said about 15-20min. I said oh wow ok no problem. I waited and waited and finally they called me. The girl that gave me my drink said Thanks for your patience. I knew that was a smart ass remark from my question to the other girl. I will NOT be going back to this Starbucks. They need work on speed and attitude!

What the store lacked in reasonable service time was made up by the friendly young woman who served us. Very long wait, comparatively. Also the food was overcooked, but we didn’t have time to bring it back.

Parking: Parking lot was full, and busy. Location was hard to find.
