Starbucks

I ordered a sandwich, and 2 coffees. They got the sandwich wrong and both coffees incorrect. I was in town to accompany a family member for surgery so was unable to return items.

these people are some of the rudest people i have ever met in my life with the worst customer service ever

Ordered through the drive-thru and the girl that took the order was so rude!!! She kept asking questions and not just letting us order, she messed three things up, and asked us if we needed more time or if we were done. We had a car full of people and it took some time! Next time will say something

So this worker walks in and gives me the nastiest stink eye. She says and I quote, “You need to turn around before you make fun of somebody.” She yelled it infront of the entire establishment. However, I was not the one who said anything. I was minding my own business when she comes in screaming at me for no reason. She got me and the girl who said it confused. We look nothing alike. To add on, the girl who did say something said nothing wrong at all. I over heard the entire conversation. I am deeply disappointed.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Some of the nicest baristas, the best coffee, and despite them being super busy they got my drink to me super fast.

Apparently their timer is more important than providing decent customer service. I was told with an attitude to wait 3 mins before coming into the line to pick up my drink because they have a “timer” even though no one was ahead of me or waiting behind me during my pick up. Every time I encounter this employee she has the worst attitude and you can tell she hates her job. (Girl that works drive through with dark hair). Not sure when establishments started making their timers the customer’s concern, but how would I know anything about YOUR timer, I gave them their drink back and requested a refund.

A good place to grab a cup of coffee.

the girl working was slow and rude. the car in front of us had the same problem because she got their order wrong, and took forever to fix it. Then, when we got to the window, she took forever and when she finally got done, the order was completely wrong. we ordered two drinks and she gave us two food items. Then, when we told her it was wrong, she tried to fix it and still got it wrong. For the third time giving us our drinks, after we drive off, it was wrong again. the worker seemed high and did everything at a slow pace. someone like this should not be working there.

Laken and Ethan went above and beyond on my order tonight. My daughter lost a tooth and wanted to get a pink drink with the tooth fairy money. When we made the order and informed them the money was from tooth fairy, they went out of their way to make this little girl feel special.
The extra hearts and tooth fairy drink written on the cup made this purchase extra special.

Nice place .. the cashier was very nice and cool and respectful.. in the other hand the barista was very rude.. didn’t like her attitude .. she needs some customer service training if i am not wrong
