Absolutely the worst. I pulled in at 9:29pm so my young daughters could go to the bathroom. The hefty blonde ran to the door and locked it as I was getting my kids out of the car...your employees shouldn't be running to lock the door as to not allow people in before closing. Do better Starbucks!

placed a mobile order. waited 15 minutes to be told it would be another 45 minutes before it would be ready.. no apologies simply told to “call starbucks customer line to be refunded” called, since it’s over $25 it can not be refunded through them.. now i have to wait another 5 business days to hopefully receive my $30 back !! literally 0 care to the inconvenience as well.

It would be really great if they could make my drink the way I ordered it. Leaving the vanilla bean powder off is one thing, but making the entire drink wrong is something else. Nobody cares after they get your money.
I am currently obsessed with the gingerbread chai paired with warm banana nut bread—an absolutely delicious treat! The baristas are consistently professional and friendly.

I visit this location fairly often and the coffee is always good, but the last 3 times I've been my cup has been barely half full. When I order a Venti that's what I expect, not a Tall in a Venti cup.

They were fine when we carried our small dog in and ordered coffees and a pup cup but then said we couldn’t wait for the coffee inside with the small dog. If that is the case don’t take our order and money. Very rude… won’t make this stop again

I just wanted to give a shout out for Abby for basically saving me❤️ I'm not allowed to have caffeine due to a heart condition... My doctor gave me her exact order because it was lower sugar & no caffeine.. thanks to Abby.. catching that what my doctor was ordering still had caffeine in it she more than likely saved my life because of how quick I can go into an arrhythmia❤️ Appreciate her & everyone up there tonight more than they know!!!!!!

Love this location! The team is super friendly and remembered me after one visit which isn’t always the case with chain coffee shops. I go in the mornings and regularly see Nydia, Julian and Caleb. Always smiling and excited to see me. They do pretty get busy like other reviews say but it’s because they’re a popular location. The service is that good! So yeah, if you want your drink made right by a team who clearly loves their job, then go to this location. If you don’t, theres a Dunkin across the street.

The last 3 times I have attempted to go to this location they are out of something. They ran out of trenta cups for several days and just today they ran out of cold brew. It was 9:30 in the morning, how does that happen? Poorly managed store! The employees are always nice and it is not their fault. Get a new management team or this location is going to shut down.
