Placed a mobile order one second before I got to the window and asked him if I could make my Frappuccino decaf since the app doesn’t let you and I can’t have caffeine. He said they already started on my order even though when I got to the window he said they had just received our order and would begin making it. I’m confused how he went from we haven’t started your order to we have already made it and cannot make any changes in a matter of seconds. Also the matcha tasted like toilet water. This Starbucks continues to mess up orders. Very disappointing experience.

At 505am, went to the front door and tried to get in. The lady behind the counter looked straight at me, gave a sour face and proceeded to ignore me. You lost a sale. I went straight across the street, ordered coffee and donuts and went about my day.

My wife and I went through the drive thru at 815pm Jan. 4th. The people were professional and had great customer service. The food and drinks are awesome and we will always stop here when we are in town. Very impressed. Keep up the good work!

Bruh this drink upset me this much im reviewing it, i literally got a pink drink and it’s straight up just coconut milk,, very disappointing because i tipped and im always very nice because i understand fast food service, I was the only one in line and did an online order, really tried to make it easy because it was pretty late.
one of the baristas, i think goes by the name colleen. is so smoking hot. and makes the best pumpkin chai. from huntsville alabama but i make the drive up here everyday to see her sweet cheeks!
They were out of several items and it took about 17 -20 minutes per order.

My wife and I drive thru Starbucks very often. More than I’d even like to admit ? we stop at any location that’s convenient to where we are in town. BUT. This location is my favorite one and the one I try and go to the most. Drinks are always good, food is always fresh tasting, service is solid. But most importantly, KAREN!!!! She works the drive thru most mornings and I usually see her when I go through between 5am-6am. Immediately when I pull up to order and she starts talking I know it’s her before she says her name. She’s probably the friendliest, sweetest, and genuine people I have ever met when going somewhere for a service. Getting to talk to her sets my day on the right track due to her positive and upbeat energy. I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have her as I try to go to this location as much as possible, especially when I am headed to work. Starbucks, please pass this on and make sure she is notified as well as the managers of this store.

Since the new construction this store sucks!!! Go to the one on Cason Lane! Promise you'll be disappointed with this one. I'd rather drive 15 min out of the way then go here. Today was my last day!!! Straight GARBAGE!!!
