I come here often, and I'm always impressed with the drinks I get. It's a very warm and comfortable environment inside, with nice tables and chairs to sit at and study. The staff are super nice and always make my drinks very well

Ordered, and am very disappointed. I even left a 25% tip on my order! I got a London fog with 3 pumps of brown sugar added, 2 scoops of lavender powder added, and lavender cold foam. I was given a warm tea when I ordered iced with cold foam, they ONLY put brown sugar, no vanilla, then when asked for a cup of ice because I'm not drinking a hot drink when it's 75°F out, they gave me a grande cup. Severely disappointed.

Updating previous review. This Starbucks used to be consistently good, which is rare for Starbucks which can be hit or miss. The last two times, though, couldn't finish my drink because it was not good. Hope the quality is not going down here because until we get something other than Dunkin on this side of town, we don't have anything else. Maybe that will change as they are building new stuff out this way.

I've been struggling recently and decided to reward myself for staying strong. Stopped here for my usual venti vanilla bean frap and also asked for all the caramel drizzle on earth. They did not disappoint!! That's why I love them!

I got a caramel frapp and its honestly one of the worst I've ever had. Its mostly ice (big enough to be chewable) and it tastes and feels so watered down. I can barely taste any coffee and the caramel even tastes lower quality than in the past.
I've been drinking Starbucks drinks semi-regularly for the past 15 years and the quality is just so bad now.
Love this Starbucks!! My friend and I come almost every Monday for coffee and it never disappoints! Shout out to Nate! He always so helpful and welcoming!

Placed a mobile order one second before I got to the window and asked him if I could make my Frappuccino decaf since the app doesn’t let you and I can’t have caffeine. He said they already started on my order even though when I got to the window he said they had just received our order and would begin making it. I’m confused how he went from we haven’t started your order to we have already made it and cannot make any changes in a matter of seconds. Also the matcha tasted like toilet water. This Starbucks continues to mess up orders. Very disappointing experience.
