Terrible service, poor time management, & lack of critical thinking. I have ordered from this location several times using the mobile app. The app will say the order will be ready and the baristas will deny receipt of the order. Every. Time. It took 20 minutes to fulfill a simple no frills latte order. I was able to order, wait 10 minutes, leave to take my child to school, and come back, they were just finishing my order. Then with a line of 7 drink orders to be fulfilled, one of the 2 baristas sent the other on BREAK! During the morning rush. Absolutely unacceptable. I will no longer visit this location. It’s more time efficient to drive up the road to another Starbucks.

I went to this location today and had a really bad experience. I was waiting in line and the girl running the register looked at me, then told her co-worker how she didn't like working after school. She never greeted me, smiled or anything. She just had a sour look on her face. When I finally got to order she rang up the wrong thing and when I tried to correct it she argued with me. I even tipped and I'm sad I did now. If you hate your job this much, please work somewhere else. Don't put your negative vibes on everyone else.

Place an order through the app at 8:21 a.m. a simple order, hot tea and a peach iced tea. The drinks were not ready until 8:51, 30 minutes later. There's no excuse for such a lengthy wait.

Great service; but the best thing is the staff. They exude kindness. They know my name and if I come in when they are not busy, my order is sitting on the counter by the time I walk over to it

The lady there named Amber I was telling her how I was going to be late to work because I just HAD to have my coffee and she had me in an out highly recommend her to make your drink that girl needs a raise! She definitely cares about her customers!

If I could give no stars I would DUNN is rude and they will not honor their mistakes. The barista admitted her wrongs an DUNN did not want to honor them!..She needs to held accountable for her actions and should not be a manager!

These baristas are super rude and slow. I waited a good 15 minutes in line to ask about my mobile order because they were off talking to other vendors. she had the worst attitude about it. Super rude and unacceptable.

This location supposedly doesn’t have an espresso machine, at all… I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and they said they can’t make it because they don’t have espresso. I then asked for something similar, the barista hands me an iced black coffee with a tiny splash of vanilla flavoring and 2 ice cubes…. Not even close to a latte and it was warm. Looks like the barista doesn’t have any knowledge on coffee drinks if they think a vanilla latte and a black coffee with vanilla flavoring is similar??? I don’t know what Starbucks, let alone what coffee shop doesn’t have an espresso machine??

I guess no one wanted to be at work today. They were moving like snails and the cashier came up to the cash register as I was already waiting several minutes. She did not greet me or even say can she take my order, so how am I suppose to know she wanted my order?? Just rude, slow and not friendly!

Nobody is ever working this starbucks. No idea why it says they are open till 7pm. I have been to this Starbucks on various days and no service. The incompetent Kroger. When I worked at Kroger off Lascassas Pike back in 2016-2017 we had a Starbucks, too. The batista was not even allowed to go to the bathroom without having someone watch the register .
