I had an amazing dining experience at Steakhouse Five! The crab cakes I had for an appetizer were absolutely delicious, and the filet with mashed potatoes for my main course was cooked to perfection. I also want to give a special shout-out to Jenna, my waitress, who provided exceptional service, was very attentive, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Steakhouse Five amazing as always… I have to come to Murfreesboro for work once or twice a year and Five is one of those restaurants that you always go back to. This time I had the Wagyu flank steak with the bacon marmalade butter and Brussels sprouts… everything was to die for ?

I got the oscar filet. It was great! My wife got the ribeye. Wasn't marbled well. They swapped it for a filet for her without any issues. Great time. Will return.

Excellent option for upscale dining in Murfreesboro. I wish we had more restaurants like this. The food was excellent. The only drawback is the lack of variety on the menu.

We ate here recently and the food was perfect! It's rare to have a steak that is cooked exactly how you asked, but this restaurant nailed it. The service was timed well, the food was great, and I have no notes!

My siblings and I were looking for a place to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday and we preferred a local place that was nice versus a chain or going into Nashville. We had a larger group (11 adults, 6 kids) and made reservations weeks in advance. My brother (who is out of state), spoke with the staff a couple of times leading up to our party date, so they were well aware of our large party.
Our reservation was at 5:30 and we were seated on time. They did have the wrong menus placed at our table. Our server was friendly but he was definitely not able to handle our party size on his own. I feel they should have staffed us with two waiters to help, I understand that this may not have been entirely their fault as they could have been understaffed, but again, we had reservations weeks in advance so it wasn't a surprise that we were coming that night.
Everyone in our party ordered steaks and every steak was undercooked. The sauces were what made the steaks tolerable to eat. My niece ordered a steak and they did not bring it out, when we told our server, he brought out a pasta dish for her, we had to correct our server on that and when her steak finally came out (after our party was finished eating) it was also under cooked. We were also there nearly two hours before our food came out. Drinks were ordered and never brought. It was like pulling teeth to get refills.
The food tasted ok-definitely NOT worth the prices they charge. For the prices they charge, we all expected the food to be top notch and have better service, but Steakhouse Five fell flat on all areas. If you're going to spend that kind of money, just drive into Nashville.
Unfortunately, none of us will be returning to Steakhouse Five nor recommending this establishment.

Unfortunately, our medium and medium-well steaks came out cooked all the way through. We didn’t really feel like sending them back since it had taken so long to get our food already. It’s disappointing a steakhouse wouldn’t get their steaks right. I love supporting local but don’t picture us coming back any time soon.

We decided to try ? house Five for our Anniversary Dinner. It was a wonderful experience! The staff were all so attentive all evening. So nice. We tried the Ham appetizer. Delicious & different. Then we ordered Pork Chop entree & Filet Mignon entree. Each came with choices of special sauces. The side list of options was pretty long. We tried their baked potato ? with all the toppings. Everything was delicious & huge. We had to go boxes from our entrees. They were very kind & surprised us with special Happy Anniversary dessert!! Amazing & just enough sweetness to finish our evening!! We will go again & encourage you too also.

Bartender did a good job and was knowledgeable, wait staff did a decent job with the large party. Couple items on the menu they were out of, and no blue cheese on a wedge???

We were a large group of 25. Wait staff are so very nice and prompt with all requests. Salmon cooked perfectly. Filet cooked perfectly and super tender. Lobster bisque tasty. Pecan pie spot on, not super sweet, just right. A great all-around experience.

I hate to write reviews like this, but I also want to be honest and save someone else the trouble of coming here. We went to SHF for my husband’s work event. The atmosphere was not the most welcoming. The staff seemed very snooty and cold. Our food took forever to come out, and honestly not worth the price tag they slap on it. I got the filet cooked medium rare. The steak came out fine, but I ordered the garlic mashed potatoes as my side. They lacked in flavor, as if they forgot to add salt or garlic. Everyone in our group who ordered the mashed potatoes agreed they were bland. We also ordered the hot country ham dip as an appetizer. It was mushy and you couldn’t taste any of the ham. Very disappointed because I was expecting food to knock my socks off. Bottom line, save your money and get better quality food somewhere like Texas Roadhouse.
