Absolutely worth Subway, save your time and money and go elsewhere. I asked for extra cucumbers and she counted the seven cucumbers on my sandwich and said I already had extra. I had to ask for more of everything just to get my portions to a normal size and ended up paying $15 for the most boring and basic sandwich. The workers here are incredibly rude. Avoid this place.

I had a coupon for 3 foot long sandwiches for $17.99 plus I wanted to add a 4th at regular price. The guy making my sandwich dropped the knife on the floor, picked it up and started to cut my bread. I quickly told him not to cut my bread with a knife he dropped on the floor. He eyed the girl who was helping him and said "I wasn't going to" and laid the knife down. He picked it up again and dipped it a couple of times on the trough that the excess goes in and I once again told him not to use that knife that he dropped on the floor and he said he rinsed it off. I told them thanks but no thank you and at that point he says "I'll get you new bread." Sir, it's not the bread but the knife. I just left and immediately came to leave this review.

I made the mistake of ordering at this location. I order a meatball bowl with double amount of protein because I'm on carnivore diet. I got the order delivered so paid even more money to have it brought to me. To ensure the order was correct I called the store directly before they had the chance to make it to confirm no marina sauce at all and they confirmed it as well. I double checked with them. I recieved it there was alot of marinara in it. I had to drive all the way to the store. THEY weren't going out there way to fix it and didn't care about my concerns or inconvenience. No apologies or anything. They gave me a bowl with way less than I had and was being very stingy with the proteins. I had way less than what I paid for I had to literally get on them to get more. They acted like they didn't want to fix it. I had way less than what I paid for. I should've got a refund. Customer service was terrible. I was polite ad well even though I was irritated.

In person they do really well! They do not read the online orders. I ordered a sub with no cheese due to an allergy and cheese was definitely on it.

OK I got a salad the bowl he put it in was the black bowl that shows in salad picture mine wasn,t even close ihad a handful of spinach no lettuce that I ask for pinch of onion 3 cunmbers no tomatoes that I ask for I question him about it he said that's all I get I paid almost tax and all I pay over 9 dollars and walked out thinking I just got craped on and I even told no I don,t want it I had seen pic on and I received I could no lie fit in one hand I will never make that mistake again I will never go back to any sub ways he was also rude no thank you I do not need that crap in my life today I was so mad at my self for letting him get by with that i,m customer and that is my money

I ordered my sandwich, got it heated it came out, a white person came in , they set my sandwich down and went and took theirs while my sandwich sat there getting cold, I almost lost it and went to the car and left.

Order 2 subs from this location and my sub barely had any meatballs on it, my sub looked like it only had spinach, pickles, jalapeños and black olives on it and it tasted burnt and nasty. When I called this location the kid that answered was very rude and when I told him about my sub he said "well it had plenty of meatballs on it because I was the one that made it." All he wanted to do was argue with me about my sub and when I asked for a refund he basically laughed at me and then when I said I was going to call corporate on Monday he said "GOOD LUCK CALLING THEM!. I will not ever go back to this location unless things change.

Raj has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Rest of the staff is great. Facility itself is fine. I've gone for over a decade. Without Raj, I'd rate 4 or 5 stars. With just Raj, 1 star.Placed a mobile order and sent someone to pick it up. Raj left him sitting there for 35 minutes and when he tried to show Raj the order on his phone to show the charge was pulled and for that location, Raj ignored him and talked down to him. Rest of the staff tried to help, but he wasn't having it.Having worked in customer service for 15 years now, I cannot imagine behaving that way. But I greatly appreciate the rest of the staff. No other issues the past 13 years I've been going. I'd be glad to delete the review if Raj can get his act together. If it was truly out of his control and despite proof of purchase he truly could not make the sandwiches, that's okay. But no reason to be that rude about it.Not sure if this location is owned by Deep. But I have worked at a subway for Deep before and it was a positive experience. Raj does not represent the standards Deep sets and has no business being there.

Had a coupon for 2 foot longs and they said at checkout you used it on one foot longboat can't use it on the second it was a coupon for two footlongs this is a scam I let them keep there food they can't speak fluent English treat there customers like they don't matter. I will never be back. This is why they are so much better sub shops out there coupon or not I won't be back.

Got food poisoning from here today ?. Veggies smelled a bit weird but I still ate the wrap because I was hungry. About 30-40 minutes later I got reallyyyy dizzy and my stomach started to feel weird and I started getting nauseous and well doc said food poisoning.Pro: Placed an order online and was ready when I got there.
