I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff members were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
The employee making my sandwich seemed annoyed and rushed the entire proces. I asked for extra vegetables, but the employee rolled their eyes and gave me only a small amount. I had a question about how to earn rewards points on my app, and the employee responded with a curt and dismissive answer.
This negative interaction left me feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied with my meal. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer service at this location.
Not sure why the ladies always have an attitude problem.

The owners are currently running this place to the ground. You clearly can’t have it your way at this subway. The owner (lady) told me I can’t have any other toppings on my sub when I ordered a titan turkey. Comes with x2 cheese and whatever topping you want on it. But refused to give me any toppings so I left and walked out when she wouldn’t even put a pickle or any sauces ridiculous! I walked out and they yelled come back sir you can have it your way! Don’t go to this Subway people like this should not run a business.

I've been to this location now two different times. My first experience was interesting the staff weren't that welcoming but they got the order correct and I went on my way, I noticed when I got home not only the lettuce but also the tomatoes were a very pale and light brown color. I ate the sandwich anyways and felt extremely sick afterwards. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt and tried it again today, the toppings looked slightly better but not the correct color they should be. I ate the sandwich and about 15 minutes later I got extremely ill and sick. I love subway, but will never be back to this location. Not to mention my friend whom was with me also got sick and texting me asking me if I felt okay after eating there.

Customer service was terrible. I believe the two working are husband and wife. The woman was rude from the beginning. She was rushing my mom when she was unsure of what she wanted. Before ordering, my husband confirmed with the woman if the coupon would work for a specific sandwich, she said yes. After the sandwich was made, she said he’d have to pay extra. They made us do two separate transactions when we used only one coupon? They were “tight wads” with the ingredients, as my dad called it. The sandwiches were just okay. The store was also a mess, they were not busy when we walked in or when we left.
I intended on finally trying the pretzel and completely forgot to order one while in the store because I was so frustrated.
We will not go back to that location, driving to the one by MTSU is 100% worth it after this experience.

Normally have 0 problems, but they were acting like they got paid less if they gave more than 5 pickles or more than a squirt of vinegar. On the other side, my husband who asked for just a small bit of mayo had it globbed on. I also realized when I opened my sandwich I was given the wrong bread; couldn't see this initially because they had the hood propped open over the meats (not complaining about the hood up, that's just food safety). Not sure what's going on but it was slightly awkward.
I don’t know if there are new owners or what but the quality of the food was horrible. The veggies were not fresh and crisp and overall was not good

Prices that are displayed are not the same as when they ring up. When reviewing my receipt, they would not honor the prices on the display and said they’re gonna change the displayed prices soon.

The young man who took my order was in training, which was perfectly fine. He was very polite however my sandwich had barely any meat(tuna) and when he started to put the toppings on, he didn’t put hardly any on, and I had to ask him to put on more. The person training him just stood there and looked at him and didn’t give him any guidance or correction at all.

As a busy family, we are often grabbing a late dinner on the go. I have to say this is about the fourth time in a row that this Subway location on Memorial has served terrible food or forgot to put requested toppings on the sandwiches that we've ordered.
I keep hoping it won't be a repeat scenario, but this has to have been the worst so far.
3 of the 4 subs were so bad the kids wouldn't even eat them. One had a "bad taste" the meat tasted bad on the Philly steak sub, there was a "weird taste" on one of their club's and on the pizza sub (as seen in the picture below) there appeared to be no sauce, burnt and dry bread, and although requested 'extra' of each of the vegetables on the sandwich, there was barely any of each. Not to mention very little meat.
We literally order the same exact subs every single time, (I just hit repeat last order.) It's not that we're asking for a different sandwich and not happy with something new, again, everyone has their favorites.
I just can't figure out how this bunch turned out so bad.
It's unfortunate they can't even meet minimum satisfaction, (it's bad if my kids don't want to eat it.)
Seriously considering taking the rest of the food back tomorrow and asking for a refund!

Subway is Subway, the food here is what you would expect. However, it seems like new ownership has taken over in the last several months and ever since that happened. The customer service aspect has gone way downhill. Several times I have been in this location. Something as simple as a curbside pick up…I placed the curbside pickup order while driving home from working in Nashville. It gave me a pick-up time and like most pick-up orders I assumed I would get notification when it was ready to be picked up. I never got any notification. I got into town and went directly to the location to pick up my food. It was approx 15 minutes past the time my order was scheduled to be ready by when I ordered. When I got there, I opened up my email I received after placing the order and chose the option to check-in curbside with the link in the email. It brought up a screen Saying that my pick up time had expired. I thought it was a glitch so I attempted again, getting the same result. I walked in to see the employee being the only person in the restaurant, leaning up against the shelf that my order was on. My order was the only one on any of the to-go shelves, and there was not one other customer in the restaurant at all. He was literally just standing there, leaning on the shelves. I told him I was trying to check in curbside, which is what I had chosen when I ordered, and he said “oh it’s been too much time”. I said that it had only been 15 minutes past the scheduled time for the food to be ready by, and he said “no, too much.”In all of my experience ordering food at restaurants, every other experience I have had when you select a time for your food to be ready by you can pick up anytime after that scheduled time. It gives the restaurant a specific time to have your food ready for you to go and pick it up. There has never been such thing as an expiration of time to be able to pick up your order in the manner in which you had requested. Especially after the food has already been paid for. I’m not going to lose sleep over, it’s just subway, but being customer service for as long as I have things like this just really irritated me. So if you go to this location expect the typical Subway food but don’t expect any sort of smiling or positive customer service.
