Today I went to subway store #51585-0, it was unbelievably hot inside the store to the point where I was sweating the moment I entered the store. I also saw multiple customers turn around and walk back out. It was 96 degrees outside and that was cooler than the inside of the store! Also, when I ordered a turkey, bacon, and avocado wrap it was made with a rolled up piece of flatbread instead of an actual wrap. I was never even asked if I wanted it on flatbread. News flash, I didn’t. Secondly, I wasn’t asked if I wanted it heated or toasted since it was a flat bread. I would have at least liked my bacon warmed up. Cold bacon is just nasty. When I placed my order as well the employee rolled her eyes at me, and acted like she didn’t want to serve me. When we sat down to eat a fly was buzzing all over our food. That’s just disgusting. It’s not likely that I will return to this location for a long time.

Ordered online waited 15 minutes for food I live one mile away got home food was wrong I immediately called no answer by then it was 8:45 and they close at 9:00 drove back and told them my order was wrong and they argued with me that it was right and told me to come back tomorrow and talk to manager poor service

Everytime I've ordered food through the app it was just as good as standing in person. But the last few times is been wrong or you don't get more. Example more pickles My sandwich had 2. Would hate to see what normal was. And with the black olives. Asked for more. There were 5 slices on a foot long sandwich.

Here the issue with that store service is amazing but there lettuce and tomatoes dose not seem to be fresh lettuce looks like they mix old lettuce with the new and tomatoes always looks wilted just not fresh but the sandwiches are good and service is amazing
2 young men working tonight left out the salami in my sandwich in which I asked for an Italian, BMT, and I only got ham and pepperoni … then they proceeded to look at each other, and smiled as if they knew what they were doing….. every poor customer service I understand they are young but don’t charge me for somthing I didn’t get.
