Heather who works weekends is amazing. I walked in with 2 friends at 10:15pm, 15 minutes before they close. She was incredibly friendly and made our food with a genuine smile on her face. If her manager reads this she definitely deserves a raise. One of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time.

I'm posting a review about the Subway restaurant on 140 Joe B. Jackson in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This Subway restaurant is located in a Walmart at that location. I have to say the the owner, Monica, and the assistant manager, Paige F., are two of the kindest, courteous, people-oriented persons I know. I've eaten at Subway restaurants in 10 different states and Paige F. makes the best sandwiches I've ever had at a Subway. They're always fresh, pleasing to the eye, and delicious to the pallet. This Subway features great service and wonderful food, due to the diligence of Monica, and especially Paige F., the assistant manager who greets everyone with a big smile. I give this Subway restaurant 5 stars. They amaze me.

Popped in for a quick manicure while the kids were at school. The service was fast and excellent. Such a nice way to sneak in a bit of pampering.

Horrible customer service lady very rude every time a customer walks in she give a nasty look because she feels swamped but everyone is waiting patiently on her with no attitudes

Heavy set lady with blonde hair told me she wasn't taking any more orders. I told her I had a Doordash order. She shook her he a d and started getting angry and told me she hadn't got to it yet and threw a fit. I unassigned the order and walked out. No reason to be that way with delivery driver for no reason. Not to mention being that way with the paying customers in front of me.

On a trip and stopped in for a sandwich. There’s only one employee working with a line almost into the Walmart itself. The woman working did not change out her gloves once. There were several customers in front of me and she even handled money with the same gloves on. That’s extremely unsanitary and unsafe for guests to consume food after she’s handled dollar bills and coins.

Just ordered on the app to go pick it up and no one was there. The app should let you know if they are closed for any length of time. We got a notification as we were pulling out of Walmart that it was ready. I ran back in and still no one was there. I’ve tried calling back a little while after leaving. No answer. Frustrated and unhappy about this experience. And yes, I double checked to make sure I had the right subway on my app.

Terrible customer service I got to the place 10 minutes before closing an was told that they where about to start cleaning an I could not order ,how I see things as long as your not closed yet you should always take care of your customers an stay later to put things up don’t send a hungry customer with money out the door, then when asked for a name she wouldn’t provide it ! Won’t be returning to this place
