Typical Subway taste but I got grief for trying to order an item that was discounted for a national Subway promotion. There were multiple news articles about it but the staff didn't seem to know anything about it. I had to argue with them to get them to honor the promotion.

I walked up to the counter wanting to get a pepperoni and cheese roll up . The younger guy who came out took my order the older gentleman with glasses , who name tag said April asked me what do I need . He was rude and had an attitude that has nothing to do with me .. as I was eating he kept peering over the chip rack to see what I was doing very uncomfortable experience I prefer to have the older couple back

an elderly couple made a sandwich i did not order after i kept correcting them, sandwich had no little meat and toppings, i’ve been waking up sweating every night since then and have had a really messed up stomach. reporting to department of health next.

Staff are really difficult to communicate with. It takes so long to get my point across. The sandwiches are good, just sometimes the bread is kinda hard. But yeah, prepare to have max social skills when you order from here

Rude. Put something on my sandwich I didn’t ask for. Didn’t remake the sandwich just scraped it off and added more chicken. Asked for a pretzel for my daughter at the register she rolled her eyes and had an attitude about that. I told her I didn’t want it anymore. She’s lucky I didn’t just walk out & not buy any of it. Get employees who can atleast ACT like they want to work or get them out of customer service.

I've been here three times. My only good experience was my first. The second one I got stale old bread. This time I ordered four veggie subs and there were barely any toppings on them. When I went to pick up, I was happy to see they weren't busy, and the lady standing at the counter was tending to the ingredients and ignored me and walked to the back. I only got service after the gentleman cleaning the tables asked me if I was there for a pickup. He then stopped what he was doing to go tell the lady to go help me. This was supposed to be a quick, easy dinner for my family on a rainy day. Not so much. I won't be back.

I have been going to this Subway for a few years and never had problems. But the new owners have made it go downhill. They have metal blockers now over the first half of the line. So you can't see if they're making your sandwich correctly. To get anything extra on my sandwich I have to ask multiple times. They always flatten my sandwich when I already don't get much on it. 10/10 don't recommend this subway location. Go to the one on 2012 Memorial Blvd

The cleanest Subway I have ever seen! No exaggeration. I have an allergy. I fear the cross-contamination between the toppings. This Subway was excellent. For example, there is no lettuce in the olives. Every topping was full.

I ordered a bogo deal in the app when I got there I still ended up waiting in line While she continued to help someone who was already there. Despite their being 2 people working and my sandwiches had been made just needed to hand them to me. But to top it off I got a free 12 inch hair in each one of my sandwiches. ? I submitted a feedback form on a Subway website, I'll hold my breath waiting to hear back from them. Don't eat there!!!

I have been going to this one for a year and everything was great. The new owners literally have made that place go to trash. Everybody in front of me and behind me left so unhappy and disappointed.

The taste, texture and love in the sandwiches are below par. Subway used to be my favorite sandwich restaurant, but there has been a notable decline in the service and product. I thought it was just a few stores I frequented, but I tried a couple out of town with the same result-- wet, soggy bread that doesn't have the strength to hold the very limited trimmings. For example, they're stingy with the lettuce when that's the cheapest item on the menu. They put the wrong ingredients in the sandwiches at times, or leave out something requested. Oh wait, I could be talking about almost EVERY fast food restaurant. Chick-fil-A is great though.
