I had to wait over 15 minutes to be helped because no one works here, the foods alright though it’s like every other subway, but if you want it quick don’t come here.

Went here for the nation promotion of the $6.99 foot long sale. They wouldn’t honor the deal on the Beast sub, even though they were supposed to and other Murfreesboro locations would. They refused to give me a corporate or ownership phone number.

I ordered online on the app when I arrived I showed the employee my phone who said it prolly just hasn’t come thru yet and proceeded to make my order. When he was done an Indian man asked to see my phone again and I showed him at which time he informed me it had been placed at another subway on broad st which was a mistake on my part. I asked if he could cancel or call the other store and let me just get this one since I was here. He said no and insisted I also pay for the sandwich they just made even though their employee looked at the same screen shot I showed the Indian man before the sandwich was made. I go to this subway 1-2 times a week and I asked the man if he couldn’t just comp this one so I didn’t have to go to the other subway. He insisted I pay at which time I did pay and told him he was going to lose a customer which he responded that’s fine now leave.
