The worst Subway in Murfreesboro Tennessee EVERYTIME I order from Uber Eats this location screws up my order!!! No double meat on this one Blt with 2 yes TWO sorry pieces of bacon on a footlong no cheese on a ham and cheese!!!! To scared to answer the phone also!!!

They took our order online, debited our account, and no order showed up on their computer. They called their boss (manager/owner?) and he would do nothing to fix it. No food, no refund.

The woman fixing my sandwich had an attitude when asked to put my heated chicken on top of chesse so it could melt told me she knows how to fix my the sandwich an after she put my vegetables on.My sandwich she left it setting their while she puts chips in another customer bag I asked could she cover my up sandwich because Flys was flying around the gentleman employe start fanning my food I asked him could he wrap my sandwich I'm done SHE SCREAMS AT ME THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS I HAVE TO GET THEM FIRST I JUST SMH ( BECAUSE I THOUGHT WI ALL ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS) I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS SUBWAY

I would like to give a shot out to Francesca that works at the subway on s.rutherford blvd. I had an issue with my doordash order and she fixed it with no problem! With no hesitation she was on it and subway needs more employees like her just to be real! She took her time to call the owner and was very patient with me and had the best attitude about the whole situation, and I'm truly greatful for her and so should subway. Thanks Francesca your the best!!

I have always enjoyed my experiences at Subway… Until today… I waited about five minutes while two workers were working on mobile orders and pick up I’m assuming… Which is fine, but I was not even acknowledged or greeted… I know they are busy and I’ve had to wait at other sites for a while, but at least I was greeted and informed of my way it time ?
