I stopped by to grab subway right at closing time. If you know me, you know I don’t like to do that to people because I know how it feels. I didn’t catch the employees name but let’s just say his smile was contagious! To be 🤏close to closing and someone show up to slow me down would’ve driven me bonkers! But his attitude was nothing short of positive. He, genuinely, smiled the entire time while making my my sandwich and another customers. Now this is not your green light to go and grab a sandwich during closing time. I had just finished a gig and wanted to grab something on the way in. But I just wanted to come here with a positive review and say job well done and I appreciate you for remaining joyful. Even at closing time! 🗣️Boss raises and bonuses are due. Check the schedule and make sure he gets his!

We had vegetarian sandwiches here, and they were made exactly the way we requested — fresh, flavorful, and perfect! The restaurant was super clean, brightly lit, and inviting. The manager and employee were friendly, warm and welcoming, making our visit even better. We really enjoyed our dinner. Highly recommend this Subway and will definitely be back soon!

Had my husband stop at 9 am and get me a tuna sub I swear there was no tuna even at one end of my bread was just bread & you charged me $12. And some change why? This is the poorest sanwhich I've ever tried to eat! Is it even real anymore? Then you call to tell these dam people what's wrong and they want to act like it's nothing. Beware folks bad service.

He refused to give me and my African American friend food because he believed we had no money. We showed him money, and he accused us of stealing and pointed out our skin color. He then refused us service. This Subway needs to hire a new manager. This man claimed he was the manager as well. The photo below is of him.

Choose to go to this location due to bad service at the Hwy 99 (New Salem) location by Warrior Dr. near my home. The sandwich I get from this location is way better than the one on 99. I get what I want at this location. You get what they give you at the 99 location. The people at the 99 location are rude as HELL. They look at you and talk to you like "Why are you here bothering me". So I don't go back to the 99 location anymore. I go to the best one in town. Glad there's one I can actually go get what I want from.
Staff was really good and the service was fast. This subway also got a drive through, which makes its easier to grab a sandwich. My fav was the footlong cookie. Thank you for the service.Would visit the place again.
