Great little shop that carries some hard-to-find items! A little pricier than other stores, but that comes with the territory of smaller, local businesses. Happy to support them and shop local!
They have such a good selection in this little store. and are very helpful with finding things that you need or suggesting good products, if you don't know exactly what you might want. I am a customer of many years here. it's my favorite health food store.
Owners are very nice people and they have a wide selection of vitamins, herbs, natural medicines and grocery items. They have Millet bread in the freezer it's what my kids love.
Went in yesterday and bought premium seamoss, seemed to have tons of options. I will definitely go back to buy future vitamins and health related items.
People in my family have been coming here for years and I decided to call to ask a question about the all of a sudden popular Celtic salt/an alternative. I come from a family who has always done almost everything in a holistic fashion and would like to continue that. Mary who answered the phone was extremely sweet and helpful. When I asked my question, she politely placed me on hold to ask the owner. The annoyed tone and attitude I heard while waiting has lost them a potential customer. I then find out she was also rude to my family member who was in a few minutes ago. They have now lost our entire family’s business between these two interactions. We will be finding a new health food store with people who are actually willing to help their customers live a better life through the products they sell.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for holistic options. They are locally owned and super helpful. It’s a great place to buy herbs and vitamins. They also have a great selection of healthy, gluten free snacks!
