I didn't get my disha hot sauce. I ordered it on the app. The employees couldn't find it. The manager didn't know where they were. They saw them yesterday. Somebody must have moved them...etc...etc. so corporate Taco Bell got some of my money for nothing. Dang.
Came through at three in the morning after work; The order taker/presenter with the beard had impeccable customer service, and my order issue was corrected promptly.

We go there pretty regularly since it's close, and the service is 50/50, depending on the day. Today when I got home, I was shocked to see that my cinnamon twists were almost empty.
I know, they don't cost much, but that's not the point. I paid for them and this is like the 3rd time they have screwed them up in a row. Last time I asked for extra cinnamon, so they gave me no cinnamon - they are inedible that way and just taste like old grease....
