Waited at counter to give my order, employees acknowledged me but did not take order. So I ordered at kiosk, order was wrong and all three tacos were broken. Floors were filthy with piles that were swept together but not removed. Drink machine was practically empty and I had to settle for a drink I did not want.

The woman that Works the drive-through window at 12:30 at night November 23, 2025 absolute garbage employee. had to drive around the entire drive-through only to tell us come in. It was like 10 minutes of sitting in the drive-through while a customers food gets cold. definitely she was reported to DoorDash it would’ve been just as easy to tell us to come in when we got to the intercom.our personal food had been old and stale every time iv eaten here

Service is usually pretty good. Every now and then the drive through line will move extremely slow but usually it’s fine. Last night however I did a pick up in the drive through and ordered a steak quesadilla. A steak quesadilla comes with steak, cheese, and sauce. While I am eating my quesadilla I bite into something crunchy. I discover that I bet into a tomato, which I am allergic to. If there was any worry for tomatoes to be in my quesadilla, like if it were an ingredient I requested to take out, I would have told them my allergy. Regardless, there was no reason for there to be a tomato in my quesadilla. I did have a mild allergic reaction but nothing crazy. Still shouldn’t have to be worried about my health when eating something that has no mention of my allergy in it. Please do better with cross contamination, you never know what people are allergic to.

We went through the drive through order the new burrito and soft shell chicken wraps with 2 cinnamon twist we ontl got one twist the chicken wrap was only 1 not two so this mean we definitely didnt get 20 worth

Burritos are now the same size as a soft taco, yet somehow much more expensive. I can't tell if you're intentionally ripping off your customers or if the employees are just lazy

This has got to be some Special Ed Experiment. These people are consistently awful…you wait 20 mins each time and they forget at least one thing each time…I don’t understand how any group of people could be fail so badly on a simple task 🤷🏻‍♂️

Workers at night are lazy I came last night and they lied about not having my order that I placed online as soon as I drove off and went somewhere else they refunded my order I got off work late and wanted something quick and they too lazy to even make a simple order and on top of that they thought it was so funny
