Workers at night are lazy I came last night and they lied about not having my order that I placed online as soon as I drove off and went somewhere else they refunded my order I got off work late and wanted something quick and they too lazy to even make a simple order and on top of that they thought it was so funny

I have ordered from this place so many times it's starting to feel like my own form of self imposed torture. I implore you if you want to customize your food don't order from this one, go to one of the million other taco bells in the area. If you're getting it as ordered with stuff unevenly put onto a burrito or crunch wrap this is the one to go for. I'm going to give bullet points of outrageous things they have done. Mind you, I order in app so no miscommunication via speaker can be had.
- I order the chalupa supreme every time. I ADD beans. I make sure not to replace my meat with beans yet still they never give me meat. So I pay for extra beans for no reason! Then I tried to order EXTRA meat so they would get it across it was supposed to be meat and beans. Did not work.
- I ordered extra fries with a previous fry bowl menu item. For some reason I got no extra fries in my bowl, but my taco suddenly had fries in it?
- I have multiple times ordered something without lettuce or tomatoes and gotten both
- do not ask for no ice. I think they don't like that and will instead give you extra ice
- their cinnabon coffee will NEVER be consistent from day to day. One day it'll be the bitter and the very next it'll be so sweet it hurts to drink
- you will have items missing. This is to be expected. Do not leave the window until you have checked to make sure your items are all there
So, again, if you're a customizer I suggest church street taco bell. They're good at what they do

NEVER COMING BACK I would give this zero stars if I could we were treated awfully. We first, go through and order everything is fine, we get our food. Turns out the food was somebody else’s random door dash order so then we go through again. They tell us to wait which turns into half an hour sitting in front of the store. They finally give us our food then oh, what do you know! The foods completely wrong again. Finally they give us the right order (with attitude) and we are on our way after 2 hours spent at Taco Bell. Place is awful, food is awful, don’t go here unless u want to be walked on like a door mat and u want cold food that’s gonna send u to the bathroom for 5 hours made by rude people.
It's a Taco Bell, food is pretty good for a fast food place.
