I came up there at 10 o’clock and the girl at the window had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life. She kept on trying to say my car declined when it was clearly money on the card and she swiped it 10 times and I had to actually physically show her how much money was in my bank account for her to say it went through. She was mad because we added food on at the window. After asking to re-swipe the card multiple times, I had the door slammed in my face repeatedly. Second rate service and second rate food.

Paid for double steak got the order done wrong for the first time and when they fixed it they put half a portion of steak and told me that it had double steak. Employees like this put dirt on a very good food chain restaurant like Taco Bell is. I don’t recommend this exact location to anyone if trying to get tacos. And to top it off very bad attitude. It is what it is. Skip this location. Anywhere else you will be better than this location.

Just was at Taco Bell on South Church Street and went through the drive thru. The employee working at the window, his name is Shai (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong,), was great!! Actually looked at me when he was talking to me, asked how I was, made me feel like a person and not just another customer. The manager at this Taco Bell needs to know that he's a great employee. Ordered food with no jalapeño sauce, got home guess what, it’s got it on there. Every time I order food from here without the sauce it always has it on there. Food was a mess when I got it home. Horrible.
Let me tell you about the drive through worker cezar he goes above and beyond for customer service and interacts with customers and is really helpful. I would rather have nobody serve me Than cezar he deserves a raise he is probably the best Taco Bell employee I have met EVER.

I showed up right before closing time on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I was fully expecting them to say they couldn’t serve me bc I cut it real close with time! Instead Anyla had perfect customer service over the speaker and said I could still order. All 3 people working: Anyla, Jasmine, and Mason were super nice and weren’t irritated at my last minute order. I appreciate this bc so many other restaurants/fast food would have said it was too late to place an order and sent me on my merry way, BUT those 3 didn’t! So thank y’all so much for being so cool about it while I was apologizing profusely for my way too late at night/early in the morning craving! I appreciate you 3 more than you know!
