The area is very busy and a man living in his car was out in the sidewalk as we walked up. Once inside the restaurant, the employees were very nice and answered our questions about menu options. Our food was cooked fresh and everything was delicious!

I have never had a problem with my orders or with the staff, they were always kind. But I did not receive ONE order of 2 Cinnabon delights, which I probably didn't need anyway. Other then that, great store!

People here completely ignore you until they call your name for food and don’t expect to eat inside, I guess they don’t want to have to do their job and clean the lobby cause they don’t keep the heat on in the lobby.

I mean, it's not gourmet but when you want Taco Bell, nothing else will do. The food was fresh and tasted as hoped for. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Taco Bell is notorious for not getting your order correct

My wife, who drives 2 hours to work, several days a week. Had been meeting her coworker for carpooling, as they both have a long drive and both work late, non traditional hours and we all found that this Taco Bell location was the safest location to leave one vehicle and ride together. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars spent on "can you pick up some late night taco bell" on the way home. A few weeks ago someone wrote in the fog "dicks" and question marks all over the car, scratching the black wrap permanently on the hood with a giant question mark. I assumed it was a teenager, because who acts like that? Then today my wife recieved a note on her car from management about parking there and leaving the premises. However when I called to talk to them they were so busy, parking lot empty, how could they make time for such a trivial issue? I am aware, ultimately I am in the wrong as this is private property. But as a business owner myself, the energy and the ability to go above and beyond to lose a regular weekly customer is beyond me. Not to mention just society, this manager is an employee with her own life and struggles and couldn't stand to see two other women working together to make a living, provide for their children and do it safely, knowing it did not affect the bottom line at all, if anything made the parking lot look busy. Women don't even look out for women anymore. Unbelievable. Well, I'm just petty enough to give up my favorite fast food chain permanently due to the actions of this one location and it's management. People suck

Literally a horrible experience, the taco bell on s church street had me and my girlfriend aswell as countless other people waiting for what has been an hour on our food. Not to mention when we actually get it our order is then messed up. Horrible experience

This particular location was fast and friendly. They even said you're welcome after i said thank you. Most places i go to don't even acknowledge that you were nice to them and don't return friendly gestures. Having worked in fast food myself in the past, I understand their plight and how underappreciated they are! So I'm nice to them when I can be!!!
