I placed a mobile order and they didn't set it out in the Grab N Go, so I stood around for 20 minutes after it was ready twiddling my thumbs before the delay became egregious and I asked the staff, and it was sitting ready to go at the drive through window (I specified Grab N Go so the food would be ready when I arrived).
Just was at Taco Bell on South Church Street and went through the drive thru. The employee working at the window, his name is Shai (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong,), was great!! Actually looked at me when he was talking to me, asked how I was, made me feel like a person and not just another customer. The manager at this Taco Bell needs to know that he's a great employee. Thanks for brightening up my day Shai. Keep up the good work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Let me tell you about the drive through worker cezar he goes above and beyond for customer service and interacts with customers and is really helpful. I would rather have nobody serve me
