Not clean inside . The service is not as effective. There was a non-white manager that was so degrading to employees there. He yelled at the workers . I felt sorry for them. No one can work under those conditions and especially in front on customers. I will go to another taco bell although I live down the street from this one. Its not inviting. I tried to get the managers name it started with a B

Some of the newer special food are really good. I had some chicken avocado wrap and not only was it delicious but also quite filling(they really stuffed it full).

Late night, 11 pm. Drive thru after ordering online. The person talking through the speaker was chipper and sounded like aost delightful person. I put a LOT of extras on my cantina chicken burrito. My husband on the other hand had his lux box pretty plain, even skipping some of what normally comes with it. You guys got it ALL right! It may have been because we were super hungry but that was probably one of my best experiences at a Taco Bell. Thank you. I hope you guys can rub off on that one on Church St. 😅

I went through the drive-thru, and E.S said she was not having a good day. She didn't correctly enter the cash amount I gave her in the computer and didn't give me my change or drink, so I had to go in the store to get it.

Usually I never dine in (like it’s been 20+ years if I ever have) but the experience has been amazing! From the time I walked in to the time I left. I almost forgot I was at Taco Bell because the experience gave me very much, I appreciate the work I do and not just for the money. The bathrooms were clean, one of the toilets had paper towels in it and as soon as I mentioned it, it was handled. I ordered food for myself and my kids. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for them and for myself. Walked out with a gift (free taco coupon!) and honestly it made me happy because I love food for one and then I appreciated it because I felt seen. It’ll definitely help on the next order. I wish I would’ve grabbed the names of the people who helped but I’m writing this before I leave from the lot. Thank you!

First off they forgot one of the fries on my order so I had to go back through the drive thru just for them to tell me I have to come inside for that issue which required to get my toddler back out of his car seat just to walk in and grab the fries and walk out just to load my kid back into his car seat. Then I get home and was excited to try the new Taco Bell nuggets that they came out with and open the box to find this…. So burnt & hard as a rock.. can’t even eat these. SMH 🤦🏻♀️ Come on… you can do better than that guys… very disappointing. 🫤
DoorDash always picks this one when ordering delivery to my house. Something is always either wrong or missing. They don’t fill the drinks all the way. This location doesn’t even do the cantina chicken quesadilla, but they have the other cantina items?
