Placed a mobile order on 11/30 around 6pm we get there and they tell us we are waiting on freah fries to pull around we waited over 15 mins for our food we get the food and the fries were limp and soggy not fresh at all and after getting it we was missing half our order. Go back in and wait forever again for 2 things. Almost an hour here to pull up and grab our mobile order and absolutely nothing was right, missing items and it look like they shook my food and gave it to me.

this was last night 11/01 at a little before 11pm. your employees working the window were very rude. i’m not sure why i can’t attach a photo here because that would be very important. they essentially gave me two taco shells and called it a day i mean there was hardly anything in there. im a taco bell fanatic, love the company and the food , i know what a normal taco looks like. this was NOT IT. this was laughable. all would have been forgivable until i drove back up and the drive through guy was very rude, said “it’s all right there do you not see it?” and gestured to the teaspoon of meat and 3 pieces of lettuce. told me flat out he could charge me to add more or remake it the exact same way. i obviously wasn’t gonna pay a dime more for getting what i should have got in the first place. I didn’t even ask because they were so rude for them to remake my cheesy stacker which was - and im so so serious it was 80% tortilla. i literally got home and cut off over half of it because it had no cheese in it, just tortilla. ridiculous guys. i’ll drive across town to the south rutherford location from now on because they know what an actual portion size is.

Tried to call to change a burrito because I picked the wrong one and phone went to voicemail. Manager and employees were rude about telling my DoorDash we they not going to switch out the food. Terrible management and passion for the customer. If your a manager and can’t perform your job professionally don’t work there

The staff were very nice, but for there to not b hardly anyone inside or in the druve through it did take a bit of time to make 2 burritos. The building was clean inside and out and the food was good.

Best taco bell I've ever been to!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and sober. Food was made efficiently and was a very generous size. Everything, including the kitchen, was super clean. Everybody who came in while we were there was friendly. Just all around a great experience, highly recommend

The food was great,my taco had so much food,it could not stay in the taco,the service is great they gave me my food with very happy faces and helped me place my order because the app wasn't working, everywhere is very clean and once we left they started cleaning it right away!
Probably the only Taco Bell that has not made me hit the restroom or destroyed my stomach.
Food is great quality, people are nice, and they understand if anything comes up. I would go back to the place 100%

Don’t order for delivery. Messed up my past 4 orders. 1 wrong drink, 1 missing drink, 1 wrong side of sauce (paid), 1 every item in the order contained an ingredient I specifically ordered to have removed. Burrito in most recent order sloppy, cheese sauce all over outside of burrito and once, a separate time than the 4 incidents mentioned above, paid $3.28 for a side of chips and cheese sauce plus upgraded an additional $1.57 to change it to guacamole and the little cup was only filled 10%… for nearly $5 a single serving of chips and only 3 chips worth of guacamole.. really?? Picture added shows it right out of the bag. My sign to never order here again.

So my wife and I went to Taco Bell a few days ago and went through the drive-thru and when we got home we noticed that we were missing my cantina bowl I called immediately and spoke to a manager by the name of Megan she told me I could come right back and they would fix it for me or I could come back at a later date and ask for her well I came today she wasn't available but the manager on duty was quick to make sure that I was taken care of. In this day and age you don't get that kind of service often I am very grateful for this particular Taco Bell to always try their best to be on point. From the person who took my order at the register to the young lady that was the manager who approved it even the guy that was sweeping the floor everyone asked if I needed help. Great atmosphere good food excellent customer service
