The lady that’s working in the drive-through window at 1:58 Thursday morning is fantastic great communication very kind and helpful quick and on spot orders. Somebody give that lady a raise.

I ordered the Cantina Quesadilla Box and the Cantina Burrito. The soft taco that was supposed to come with the Quesadilla Box was missing, and the chicken inside the Cantina Quesadilla was dry—as if it had been sitting out for a while. These items used to be so fresh and delicious when they first came out, but the quality has really gone downhill. I spoke with Manager Joseph, who told me to return for a replacement order. When I got home, my taco ingredients—meat, lettuce, and cheese—were scattered all over the inside of the bag. To make matters worse, the replacement quesadilla was just a basic chicken quesadilla, not the Cantina version I originally ordered. This is extremely disappointing. Please focus on getting orders right and serving fresh food like when the location first opened. The quality and consistency here have dropped significantly.

I pre-ordered at 7:40pm for 8pm and ended up waiting till 8:30 for my food. i work at a fast food place and i understand it gets busy but i still thought it was ridiculous. they asked for my name at 8:10 and 8:25 and then only STARTED making it the second time they asked. I hate to leave bad reviews but it was very disappointing, i had just got off from work and wanted to get home. it didn’t help that the employees weren’t focused on their job and openly saying that they were the reason they were behind. they apologized but at that point i think its time for a refund.

Staff doesn’t care. Insane to spend $30 for two people. Food was cold. Sauce not put in the bag. My wife went to McDonalds next door the same time and was home 15 minutes away before I even had my order. No reason to head here. Better off getting actual Mexican. It’ll cost the same.

If ordering online l, they NEVER full fill the entire order. If you include sauce it is never in the bag, remember to grab some before your leave. To include straws for your drinks! If eating inside, bring your own wipes because the tables are never wiped down between customers. You could be the only customer in the place and cannot find a clean table. Food prices and selection could be better. If I remove something from my food I should be able to substitute with something else for no charge.

This is a new store and is super clean. The food was very fresh and came right out after I ordered. My customized order was correct. The employee I interacted with was very nice as well.

You don’t expect much when you go into a fast food restaurant but we were completely surprised. We were taken care of by a kid named Noah and he made sure our order was right and hot and took great care of us with great communication and respect! Great hire!

Great Taco Bell! I went there on the day it opened and got a free taco certificate! They do get your order wrong from time to time, but they always fix it. Highly recommend!
