This was my first experience with the Murfreesboro location.
We ordered a Teriyaki Bowl with chicken breast and a Chicken Katsu Bowl. The chicken breast was overcooked, including some pieces burned to crisp. Katsu chicken was not burnt but still overcooked.
I had Teriyaki Madness once previously, delivered to work from another Middle Tennessee location. On that occasion there was no issue so my comments are only a reflection of the Murfreesboro location.

Food was fresh and tasted great! Huge servings! We dined in and hardly waited at all for our meals. The only negative was that the drink machine had a few options out of order, but we were able to just get a bottled drink.
