Usually, we have the best experience @ The Chop House! They have the best steak, drinks, and chop salad. We ended up taking my MIL for her birthday, hoping every thing would be as our past experiences. Not sure what happened on that day, we did not get a table as we asked for, needed for MIL d/t her accessibility(age). We did not receive our appetizer as ordered and our meal was messed up. At least my MIL got her meal as ordered and again the food is the best! The manager did...
The food here is always phenomenal. I was leaving the restaurant on a very busy Mother’s Day and a sweet employee who was leaving/off work offered to take our group pic. Thanks Natalie! You went above and beyond with such a kind gesture.
Great food and service by all of the staff. Becky was our waitress and she was phenomenal. We both had the ribeye and they were cooked perfectly. Salad was fresh and the baked potatoes were spot on.
It was loud due to a large party with several small children but after they left it was more suitable for a nice meal. No biggy. The kids were having a good time.
