My chicken salad sandwich was delicious. The girls who served me were very kind when assisting me and explaining everything. It was my first time at the place. Everything was clean and organized.

Great service did not have to wait I had a certificate for a free ham and I didn't have to do anything but hand it to them and they handed me my ham I was in and out in about 5-10 minutes

My husband wanted me to relax and “hit the easy button” this year for Thanksgiving. So we bought the usual Ham and Smoked Turkey- but this year he wanted to add a few of the sides to our menu so we could try them.

The meat went over well with everyone, but the sides left a little to be desired. I understand it’s hard to have great flavor when you’re mass producing things- but the sides for Thanksgiving is one area you have to get right. And these fell short in our experience and opinion.

Also- my husband noticed that some of the sides were either at or close to the expiration date. That’s concerning because it makes me wonder: how old were the items that we picked up?

We’ll continue getting HBH ham and smoked turkey- but I don’t think we will be replacing our homemade sides with HBH sides next year. Nothing beats homemade sides, and that includes Sweet Potato casserole and Greens cooked to perfection.

My Thanksgiving was ruined this year because Instead of cooking I opted to order a large honey baked ham and 6 sides. My order arrived at 830 pm the day before Thanksgiving. Everything was thawed out and all the containers with the sides were soaking wet from thawing and so the containers were falling apart inside the extra wrap. The ham which we were all looking forward to was also completely thawed out. When I removed the outer plastic wrap it was full of all the juice and glaze that should of been on the ham and inside the gold wrapper. The ham was lukewarm. I was so terrified of causing members of my family to be ill we pitched the entire meal out. I did not even give the food to area stray animals that I occasionally feed. Fortunately Thanksgiving isn't only about the meal. I ended up making frozen pizzas for my family. We were however. 'THANKFUL ' that that the red velvet cake was edible. We will NEVER buy from honey baked ham company again.

I’m giving it the rating it is because of my experience today. Idk who she was and I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She needs to learn how properly organize a busy business. Holidays specifically. If it weren’t for the older man who checked me out today and the hunger fella that was w him and the discount he gave my mother I would’ve called back to share. Joking and being rude w another customer about others regarding a situation you couldn’t handle is unprofessional. The way she handled everything was just rude and unprofessional. Be thankful I’m not the person I used to be , have a happy thanksgiving.

I went in after a long day of work and wanted a salad and drove 45 minutes. They were still open and when I walked in they said they couldn’t service me because everything was “put up” for the day , very inconvenient, disappointing and unprofessional.

I have had nothing but good experiences with HBH in the past…until this time. The ham was dry after one day and was missing that wonderful sweet crust in the outside.
It was good (mostly) on the first day.

This was my first time ordering Honey Baked Ham from the Murfreesboro location. It was completely dry with no sugar on the crust. I have been ordering for years and was disappointed in the lack of consistency from one location to another.

Night before Thanksgiving , one hour until close. One check out counter for non”pre paid”. Two for prepaid. If prepaid is no line, no offer to help anyone else. No one asked me when I called if I wanted to prepay? Line for no prepay down the sidewalk, and employee at the front door yelling for
Prepaid to come to front.
Been in line for 35 minutes.
Do better….

It took like 3-4 times to get someone on the phone. Tried to order a pan of turkey for pickup (to-go). The lady on the phone rudely said they're not taking pre orders. And she repeated herself several times. We are willing to spend money here but they wont take it. My wife had the same negative experience. Word of advice: when a customer calls and asks questions take the time to answer their questions without being rude and repeating yourself. People are genuinely curious and this is why they're asking questions. A kind and polite response goes a long way and those people may end up becoming long-term customers. However, when you're rude and say the same thing over and over they aren't going to come to your place of business. Work on your customer service skills!

Great sandwiches and great service! Wish they had a shop on the southern end of Murfreesboro.

I really wanted to order a ham for an occasion. The online ordering did not work and the phone call went to a full voicemail mailbox. I really like Honey Baked Hams and was sad to discover there is no practical way to order for a pick up.
