The Nutrition Spot Murfreesboro

This is my absolute favorite place to come and get my loaded tea from. I’ve been requiting this location since they opened. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant when I come in and they always have the best drink combos. I prefer the loaded teas, but they do have some pretty amazing protein shakes as well. Bad and Boujee is my number one favorite. You should try it! I also love the way that they support the local community by sponsoring the children at the different schools. I feel like the owners truly do serve in the community. I love shopping small!!!

I’m obsessed with the meal replacement shakes!

It had a very artificial taste, I got a loaded tea. I drink them all the time and was traveling and stopped in. I couldn’t finish it.

My absolute favorite spot to stop and get energy teas. Everyone is always friendly, the owner is so sweet, and the drinks are amazing! Love the Nutrition Spot!!

Delicious variety of healthy beverages, teas, and shakes even food options. I was shocked by the total body wellness options offered here with fitness classes and more, they even had games and basketball for my son to enjoy and occupy him while I enjoyed my shake !

May want to be aware of this place. Seems like there are with Herbalife which is a known MLM (multilevel marketing scheme)!

I really enjoy the Nutrition Spot. Their monthly teas and fun to try. This is a Taste the Rainbow from their March 2025 menu. I had one of their protein muffins this morning for the first time and now I KNOW what all the fuss is about. SO YUMMY! I love the owner’s commitment to overall health and opening their place up to fitness classes and events. Kettlebell classes on Thursday mornings are my jam and I am loving learning some new moves at Gina’s early morning step classes. Great spot, try it out!

Great people, great atmosphere! The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is just because I asked if the bowls had nuts in them to one worker and they mentioned they didn't know what was in the bowl but asked another worker to make it! I asked for my toppings and then I was offered granola and I said yes (because yum!). Their granola had pecans in (nut allergies beware), but it didn't say that on the menu. So just beware that it doesn't mention the granola has nuts in it. Make them very aware you're allergic if you are!!! Again, 3 stars for lack of information on menu. It should definitely be listed if there are nuts in certain menu items (granola specifically. OTHERWISE, beautiful place, awesome people, good service.
