Love this place had a bowl from here that was not to good…. Maybe it wasn’t made properly I will still come here for the drinks

I absolutely love this place!! I have tried several teas and shakes. They ALL are so good , very professional very friendly and always smiling faces to greet you when you walk in. They can make anything you would like. So my favorite is my own drink🤷🏼‍♀️ We came up with , called the Tammy Turner drink., protein, collagen and energy and fat burner and no calories,an mango You can ask for it, it is my favorite🥰

Mostly ice, wasn't impressed with the drink. $12.00. I patronized to check it out. I won't do again. save $...Sorry guys. You have plenty of folks that will pay that. Just not for me.

My favorite place to get a healthy snack, drink, and even my workout on in Murfreesboro. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I come here multiple times a week, and my entire family is a fan. They remember my order and my name! Keep up the great work! I was even able to get to-go ingredients for my beach trip which was AMAZING!
