I ordered sushi & chicken hibachi and the food tasted like straight trash. Rice was not fried, chicken was baked and then seasoned. There’s more cucumber and avocado than crab/shrimp so it taste disproportionate. Off brand food, take the extra time and go else where. $40 wasted, didn’t eat. I threw it away immediately. The yum sauce has a strong pineapple taste. I’ll never eat here again.

Once your order is wrong, they will talk to you like you’re slow until they realize you’re not falling for it. Then they’ll tell you the reason why everything is wrong is because they haven’t updated their menu to what a roll ACTUALLY includes(not safe for people with allergies). Won’t replace, won’t fix the food. Won’t ever come here again, & staff is beyond rude.

I ordered the steak and shrimp with sub or noodles with veggies and I got so sick ! I have never ate there before and thought why not but I see why not now!! I now am dealing with food poisoning!!? Just be weary of going here.

Since what I said was an issue even tho it wasn't meant that way. The employee made me feel uncomfortable customer services was poooor I’m not saying he’s being rude but it’s just a vibe that he just gives me when I come in and then he acted like I had a disease when getting my food but overall the food is good but you guys need to provide a little bit more far as quantity I would say like kojis good but I like you guys too. You guys need to put a little bit more food in the plate and vegetables for what the amount it is. Not to mentioned I paid for the food and he act like it was a big issue that I had locked my card back. I accidentally locked my card because I thought he already had took out the amount for the food I don't not appreciate you all just speaking on one part AGAIN it was never a discrimination you don't even know where I come from.. Back to my review and he lift his hand up like it was a big issue like we’re all human!!!!! and then you run business but you need to understand the customer service part as well. Have eaten there so many times because of convenience and location. Food seems to be up and down the last year or so. Was disappointed in big order tonight when we added on side orders of extra steak and just asked they make sure to be in side container and not just piled on top of the entrees. Placed order online and has 38 order total so took 40 in and was just going to let them keep the change, rings me up and tells me its $40.53. I asked what changed and was told the containers are $.50 a piece. If that's accurate then the order of two entrees and two sides of steak was four containers total, so even my entrees we got charged for? You'd think that would be built into the price, or are we supposed to bring our own Tupperware like a reusable grocery bag. Just seemed a bit nickel and diming. I guess since it's the first time I've ever paid cash and always paid online I never noticed from literally dozens and dozens of orders the last 3 years. Lessoned learned. Hate it because it use to be great value, quality and quantity.

For many reasons, this place did not measure up for me. I ordered a sushi dish and while the taste was "OK" it was not much better than supermarket sushi. There was a nice sauce drizzled on the top, but there was not much flavor.Dining room accommodations were unimpressive. My table rocked because it was unstable and the chairs were rickety. It was as if they did not want you to eat in the restaurant - like they were only interested in take-out. It felt unclean and I was uncomfortable.Presenting with my sushi in a Styrofoam clam-shell container made it very unappetizing. Usually with sushi, you get a small container for your soy sauce, but not here. I like mixing my wasabi with soy sauce and I had to do this in the lid of the clam-shell. Usually I order green tea hot with my sushi. That was unavailable here. They did not even have bottled green tea. The person at the counter waived to a self-serve refrigerator and said that was all they had. For the price they were asking, supermarket sushi is a better deal. Today was a "Trial run" to see if I could make it there and back on my lunch hour from work. Well, I could make it easily, but I'm never going back. It was completely unsatisfying.

Nope, got charged $2 for the extra steak for containers that are $.05 a piece and never disclosed it until I questioned it. Just seemed a bit nickel and diming, but I guess they prefer doing this or not actually adding the extra meat to the entree so you can ensure it gets added? I guess since it's the first time I've ever paid cash and always paid online I never noticed from literally dozens and dozens of orders the last 3 years. Lessoned learned. Hate it because it use to be great value, quality and quantity. Wish them future success as again they used to be great. Steak was quality and now is blade or bottom round cuts that are tough, not Top sirloin. College students or someone really on a budget they're still a good option, everyone else go ahead and hit the Koji.
