Took delivery thru Doordash, excited to try a new place got the food and got off my wheelchair and made into bed and took a bite into this burger, it was completely raw and cold. I was immediately sick.

First time trying two J's. Had a free appetizer but had to order from the specific "entree" section. The Mac and cheese ball appetizer was good. I got the chicken and 3 cheese ziti. Probably would get something else. Wife ordered the big meatball and spaghetti, and I thought it was ok at best. I would try again, but hopefully some other dishes will be better next time

This place is my absolute favorite! Tristan is by far the best bartender in town. If you’re looking for an atmosphere that’s inviting and welcoming this is the place to be. Brooke was our server and was more than inviting. She was prompt and attentive. 10/10 recommend 2

My mom and i ordered the Mahi Mahi i said no rice ill have sweet potatoe fries and veg with it, i got french fries and sweet potato fries we both didnt get the veggies. Mahi Mahi was too spicey its blackened but too much jalapenio on the mango salsa, After we were done eating the veggies showed up??? manager never came to the table service was horrible

I do not normally give bad reviews and always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but just can’t here. We went to eat here a couple Sundays ago at 11am, as soon as they opened, so not busy. We got our food, half of it was cold, the other half wasn’t cooked all the way. I was trying to find our waitress to tell her and she didn’t come over to us until 20 mins after we got our food. I asked for the manger at that point and he was a young man that came over to then ask me what I wanted him to do about it. Then after all that I never even touched my plate of food and he still made me pay for my meal, just gave me a 50% discount. Absolutely horrible and will not be back.

$14.50 is way too much for an unseasoned (no salt nor pepper) frozen hamburger patty. To top it off, pickles. Pickles are not listed as an included item with my burger choice, unlike several others, which included them on the menu. I waited five minutes for a replacement bun top with no pickle juice on it, and I only got it two minutes after I asked for help again. The burger was cold by then and was bland at best. Definitely overpriced.

This was our 4th time coming here. Everytime we have came it's gotten worse. This time was the last time we will be back. It was dirty and our server did not make us feel welcomed, she made us feel like we were a burden to be there. And one of our meals came out 20 minutes after the first. Our waiter was great at keeping drinks filled. And the last thing that was super annoying was we wanted to use the smart card to get a free appetizer. They sa we couldn't use it because we didn't get 2 entrees off of the menu section specifically labeled "entree" even tho( we got chicken parm and fajitas.) Didn't make sense at all. They charge wayyyyyy to for the customers to receive less than average service and food.
