Uncle Maddio's Pizza

The pizza here was worth the price. It's a little expensive, but you pay for what you get in my opinion! Pay the extra money and try the food here, you won't regret it!

We ordered a one topping pizza and cheese stick from Uncle Maddios on their website for delivery. The order came over an hour later and wasn't even warm. We called back and the employee said she would call her manager. The manager apparantly told her we would have to file a complaint with Uber eats because they delivered, but we didnt choose Uber eats to deliver. The company has chosen for them to deliver the pizza and should therefore make it right. Uncle Maddios put it back on me to make it right with Uber eats, who they have contracted with to deliver my $40 order. This is an extremely disappointing response and poor customer service by Undle Maddios. We have eaten Uncle Maddios consistently, but this response makes me not want to order pizza from here anymore when I might get cold pizza through no fault of my own and there is no appropriate solution given by them.

My favorite pizza place. Take the number they hand you then watch as you choose everything from the size and thickness of the crust to every last toppings you choose from dozens available. Lots of beverages including beer to choose from too. Then choose from low booh, high booth or regular table where you can choose the sports TV to watch.

Pizza was very good. Great verity of choices and very tasty. STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. Gave me an attitude off the batt for no reason. I think I even saw him spit in my husbands pizza. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I only had this problem with one of the staff members. I believe i heard one of the other staff members call him “joseph??”. Watch out for him.

Love the speciality pizzas. My family really likes the BBQ chicken. Always fresh ingredients

Okay so. The food is pretty good once you get it but... Today my wife and I ordered a canzone, pizza, and cheesy meatballs. We made our order with no problem and we sat at the booth waiting for our food. After 15 minutes we realized our food was just sitting to the side. My wife asked for our food and the manager said he had to cut other pizzas and she would have to wait. She pointed out that our food was done before the pizzas he was cutting, and he ignored her. When my wife insisted our food to be given to us he slammed the pizza cutter down and huffed to hand it to us. Meanwhile there were three employees just standing around doing NOTHING. The fact he didn't task the other employees to ensure the food was taken to the tables on time is a key indicator of how he runs his shift. Keep in mind it wasn't busy at the time, so the employees weren't busy doing other things. It's a shame because the food is actually good, but the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant is pretty suspect ensuring we will never be back. This is the second time out of four that we had an issue.

Friendly staff. Super clean. Great choice of fresh toppings and sauces! The best crust. Deserts are awesome! Homemade gelato, come on! Better than Cheesecake factory cheesecake. Will make this a regular spot. Only wish I had one closer to where I live.

This place is consistently good for years now, they use good ingredients and put out really nice pizzas. Staff is friendly and cheerful as well. Highly recommend this place.

The food was absolute trash. The cheese on the pizza wasn’t even melted fully, the wings were squishy, and the meatballs were just sliced up pieces of mystery meat with cheese piled on top to hide the disappointment. Don’t waste your money.
