Every thing was great,server was very nice and checked on us and we didn't have ask for anything and Jay was awesome as usual, we have always enjoyed him waiting on us in the passed, he knew what I wanted when I pulled in the parking lot . I placed a takeout order online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting 40 minutes after it said it would be ready before i got my food. Totally unacceptable. Food was good though they did forget my gravy.
I went in for a waffle at 7:48. It was only two people in the restaurant. It was six employees,why did it take twenty minutes for them to fix a waffle? Poor service at its best. I will never go to that place again.

Walked in at 9pm sat in a booth. They had 8 workers and by 9:30 no one had even came to our table to take drink orders. The place was absolutely disgusting. Workers just standing around talking. We walked out.

I absolutely love Waffle House. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in one 10/11/23-11:30pm. A word of advice to people, not just the employees at this location. If you don't like what you do. . . .change it. Doing something half ash, will always yield half ash results. I hope the employees hit the lotto or a rich relative dies. At this pace and effort they are doomed w out it. Coffee was good.
