I would give this experience a 5 but for one thing. The manager came on work at 7pm on a Friday, two weeks ago. She threw away my coffee while I was in the bathroom. I came out and asked where it went. She said I threw it away. Never offered to get me another cup, no apology. Then I heard her talking to a co-worker who had gone off shift. She was very rude, very unprofessional and used foul language. She needs to be fired.

Food was good, service was horrible! After watching our waitress wait on other tables that came in after us, and was finally acknowledged. Sylvia was disinterested in taking our order and rushedus with our ticket without even offering a refill....very dissatisfied with the service and we are regular customers!

Fast, friendly service! Waitress was very nice and stayed on top of our necessities. Food was served fast, fresh, and hot. It's probably the best Waffle House I've been to.

I placed an online order, and waited 35 minutes for my food. It wasn’t busy when I arrived, but still took forever. As I got in my car I realized they gave me the wrong toast, so I went back in. While I waited to get the correct toast, the cook handed the server a hot plate, which burned him, and the cook thought it was hilarious. Real classy place, slow service, not a good experience. After I got to my hotel, I realized they had way overcooked my eggs. Overall a really bad experience.
