My truck broke down last night (11/11/2024) from overheating. I tried to get it home just a few miles away but it just wouldn't make it. I pulled into the Waffle House at 1928 S Church St in Murfreesboro to let the engine cool down and figure out what I was going to do. Thankfully your staff on 2nd shift, Harleigh & Xavier said it would be fine to leave it at the restaurant until the tow truck was able to get it towed to the shop. They even held onto my keys to give to the tow truck driver when he got there so I wouldn't have to leave them in my unlocked vehicle. These two employees helped me out so much last night, I just wanted to bring their kindness to the attention of Waffle House itself and customers. Harleigh & Xavier thank you so much again for helping me out last night! Waffle House please do something to recognize these two!

Waffle House is definitely an all-time favorite. My girl and I share a meal every time and there's plenty of food for the both of us. Affordable price too. We often commute to Illinois and there's not a lot of waffle houses in Illinois, but along the way that's where we go every time.

The atmosphere is always kind of decent but when it comes to getting your food done and I've been to this little waffle House quite a few times in the period of a month you want to be careful that the little short lady doesn't cook your food she has no good sense about her cooking ethics. .. She messed up the same waffle three times and was willing to go for a fourth..... I had enough at that point all of my food was cold ...

I just went in with my kids and one of my kids’ best friend, planned to eat we waited for the mother of my child’s best friend to meet us to pick her up (long distance besties so we met halfway), and I’m not even kidding there was ONE employee present when we walked in who was ASLEEP. We sat for like 10 minutes and waited for someone else to come out from the back or maybe dude to wake up and that didn’t happen until the friends mom showed up and then we had to leave. Very seriously unimpressed, still starving, and didn’t get to feed this child lunch before she left. Thank god for big breakfasts I guess
