Must have a new waitress. I work next door and for the last 3 months they've always had my food ready to go at 9pm when I get off. Today the waitress refused to take my order. Said to come back when I'm off to order. Everyone else there is really nice. I won't be back.

The waffle was under cooked. Although it twas served warm enough to melt the butter, the syrup is no longer served warm 😔, thereby making the waffle less palatable.

Our server was Susan, and we are here on New Year’s Day just before 7 pm. This crew has been consistently phenomenal each time I’m here in the afternoon. Our food was all cooked perfectly, we got it super fast, and I watched everyone use teamwork to get the job done right. We were greeted upon entry, and there was casual non abrasive conversation amongst the crew so I didn’t have to worry that my kids would hear things they shouldn’t. Kyle was on the grill, Susan was taking our order and the other lady miss Tatiana was greeting everyone so warmly, and Caitlyn made sure my son got PLENTY of pickles with his sandwich(they are his favorite :) it’s been a rough week for me and I needed this time with my kids to be carefree and nice. Waffle House delivered for us tonight. We WILL be back. Thanks guys!!

I just want to take the time out of my day to appreciate Michael & Carson (from 152 store) . They were awesome Me and my son came into Waffle House @3 am & they had the most outgoing energy. Not only was my food delicious but THEY ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE .

My fiance went in here on Sunday 11/9 and ordered and I got hashbrowns covered in gravy and a waffle with toast. An hour after eating it I began throwing up profusely. It gave me food poisoning. Affected my whole body. I will never ever eat here again!!!

7:30 Sunday morning with 4 line cooks and a half empty restaurant it took 20 minutes to get my simple order. As much as my server was great it was a long unnecessary wait while the cooks weren’t doing much of anything. My food was ok. Not exactly 2 full orders of hash browns but I was out of time. I don’t know who’s supposed to clean but they need to be replaced. The days is just getting started and it looks like they’ve been throwing food for hours and hours. Check out the stainless fridges and countertops. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
