The server here Kyra is the best.She always go above and beyond to be there and to serve anyone Even if they are not her customers she still helps out.I can't praise her enough

Stopped at the Waffle House on Salem Rd this morning, and I have to say — Nicholas is an outstanding cook! He asked if I’d like a splash of Worcestershire on my patty melt, and wow… did that make it pop! You can tell he really takes pride in what he does.
I stop here a couple of times a week on my way to work, and the experience is always consistent: friendly staff, great food, and a very clean location. The team chemistry here is noticeable, and it makes the atmosphere even better.

We had the BEST experience at this Waffle House! We came in with a big group, and every single waitress was so kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They didn’t miss a beat, keeping the food coming and the coffee flowing with genuine smiles the whole time.
What truly made it special was how they went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday. Not only did they put on the birthday song, but the staff actually sang to him with so much heart and fun—it completely made our day! We left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts. Thank you to the amazing team for making us feel like family. We’ll definitely be back! 💛

Today, I was at Waffle House with my family. I ordered the steak and hash browns bowl, two waffles, and some grits. My order was messed up: my hash browns bowl was crunchy. I told the lady, and she had an attitude about it. Then she told them to remake it and bring it back, but it was just some hash browns without the steak. The waffles were doughy, and I never received my grits until the last minute. When I called for the manager, the lady had an attitude the entire time. I was sitting over in the chair on the side when she placed the check down and didn’t even let me know that she brought the check to the table. The people beside us were also complaining about their waffle being doughy or burnt. I don’t recommend coming to this Waffle House. The service is terrible.

Took the family out for dinner. My son loves WH. Burnt bacon, burnt toast, burnt burger. We were not visited by our waitress after we received our food. I wasn't busy. There was only 1 other table (3) guests while we ate. My wife's nor my drink was ever refilled during our visit. $63 spent. It'll be a while before we come back to this location.

Came to this location on 4/4/25 with my family. The service was great and the atmosphere. What wasn’t great was getting food poisoning. My daughter and wife got it bad.

We stopped in after the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy event and an excursion at The Velvet Room. The waitress did not bat an eye at our attire which tells me they have seen things. She was a wonderful waitress and had just started the week before! Definitely recommend. I had taken my kids and grandkids before and a server sang to our table randomly! They have the best crew at this location!
