Cane to visit family in the area and went to this waffle house. Pretty new location, it was busy and we had a 10 min wait. Food and service was great. Not surprised about the wait. A great breakfast location for the area.

I know this place is still fairly “new.” However, I haven’t been to a more disorganized Waffle House. It took a while for someone to come over to us (there were plenty of open tables) and our server never came back to check if we needed anything else. The cook kept pulling his pants up and would go back to pulling out ingredients wearing the same pair of gloves. Likely won’t return to this location. Might be a management issue.

I just visited this wafflehouse and ordered a breakfast Allstar platter in which I payed $13.20 with tax. However when I returned back home less than 6min later ,my scattered hashbrowns were cold and the bacon was dried up and cold. I tried calling this business to speak with management but only got a recorded message about that they were no longer taking take out orders over the phone. I also witnessed the young lady grab a used plate from a table and didn't even wash her hands before giving me mytakeout that had no condiments or any plastic wear.

Just for the record, I live on this side of town and it’s been a year since this Waffle House has opened. The food is always good, but I work the night shift so I expect my order to be correct at anytime time Waffle House is open busy or not. Everytime I go around 4am these two guys have only got my order right ONCE. Take out or dine-in there is always one or two thing off or missing and never put on the ticket either (like that help the situation). They’re always talking and it’s usually only me and my brother sitting down or taking something to go. Something as small as lemon for my water or blueberries on a waffle is always not brought to the table or in the order and I would ask nicely TWICE. They’re well mannered, just very distracting towards themselves. I tip them simply because they always talk about struggling outside of their jobs. No other Waffle House around me has had this issue whenever go.

we waited for an hour why they took orders from people that came in after us. when I said that we haven't been waited on yet while others have that came in after us, they then took the orders of 5 more people after that. my food was awful and my granddaughter ordered just a waffle, and they served everyone around us their waffle. the lady next to my granddaughter got a waffle with her meal to which they came in about 40 mins after us and ask my 10 year old granddaughter if she would like to have her waffle. sad when other customers notice how children are being treated. my wife managed a Waffle House for 18 years and we understand busy, but they just did not care. will not recommend or return to this Waffle House. save your time and go to one of the other waffle houses in the boro.
