“Came to visit from out of town, and saw this coffee company on Google. Definitely one of the best finds I’ve found on Google. Service was amazing the gentleman helped me and my wife find something we’d like (it was our first time here). He was very polite and when the food came out he brought it to us and went back and grabbed us napkins and silverware. The coffee and food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be coming back!!“

“I was going to give the 4 stars because they're a bit overpriced (nearly $20 for a coffee and wrap) but the staff is solar friendly, and the food is good enough that I went with 5. Nice place to stop for some wake-up juice. Great flavored coffee, minus the snobby baristas of some of their competitors.“

“GO! This place was so good and the customer service was great. I got there a little late around 9:10 just stopping by after dinner and had never tried it. Jeremiah greeted me with a smile and was super helpful. I ended up getting the deal with 3 items and the Caramel
apple cobbler and snicker doole cookie were AMAZING!!! I also got the bourbon pecan pudding and it was not my favorite. The pudding part of it was great but the bourbon sauce threw me off. However the other treats and the great customer service definitely made up for it. I will be back to try more things! Thanks again Jeremiah for working so quickly on my order and making me want to come back and try more things!“

“I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“
