Given the MIDDLE TENNESSEE context: 5 star - the food and service is good. The all-you-can-eat menu includes first adult beverage free (wine, beer, or saki). A hair split I'd make is the micro-portions. I understand that to a degree because the ownership doesn't want waste pricey fish if someone orders too much. The service wonderful, super friendly from the time I walked in with the hostesses. I'm a fan of yellowtail but it did not taste like yellowtail. Sushi/sashimi...
Better than I expected! Their AYCE included your beverage, appetizers, salads, soup and sushi. The staff was on top of it and the food came out extremely fast compared to most. This is a new family favorite!

If you're getting all you can eat, the sashimi and nigiri portions are small, but this was not a problem, as new orders were tableside within minutes.
