Worst hibachi restaurant in town by far

I won’t be returning after eating there tonight. The place is very unclean and dirty. There were three pitchers of tea just sitting out in the open , the table was sticky, carpet was filthy and I felt like I needed a shower when I left. My hibachi chicken and vegetables were extremely salty and my fried rice was cold. I honestly was worried I was going to get food poisoning as soon as I left out of there. I do not recommend this place at all. It was absolutely disgusting.

Very educational and allot to see. We went when they were doing a reenactment. Would recommend for a history buff or even for a class trip.

The main reason I gave this place 1 star is due to their cleanliness & this isn’t a place I’d recommend to my friends or family.
The place is pretty dirty. This includes the bathrooms, the vacuums they use to clean & the water that tasted gross.
Granted I understand vacuums are used for cleaning messes, but at least clean your tools. Thats like using a knife for the same use & never washing it. How is it supposed to do a good job.

The floors are sticky, which is not a good sign. It just means you’re spreading all the germs around.
Either way, the food wasn’t the best, the steak was well done when asked for medium rare. The chef didn’t speak or have personality. If you just want hibachi then sure I guess go here. There’s other/better Hibachi places I’d go to.

7/8/25 read original below. Just wanted to add that years later I still have the memory of them ruining our anniversary, treating us horribly and making us pay for uneaten food.

Original: Came here for our 18th wedding anniversary, was enjoying the beginning of the experience when a employee carrying a 5 gal bucket bucket of slop and uneaten customer refuse.. dropped it behind my wife covering her backside with this disgusting filth. They did nothing to help us.. we had to ask for paper towels and they brought us 2 of them! My wife had to leave to get clothes at Samsclub as I sat there letting my child have the experience and eat their food. As I waited for my wife to buy clothes, change in a Samsclub bathroom and come back they offered me a 10% discount off of the two meals my wife and I were not/did not touch. All our other plans are ruined too since my wife has to go home and shower.

First, it’s rare I post a review unless an establishment made a significant impression. For the 5-star reviews l I’m seeing, God bless. Was not my experience. First time here and the air smelled stale like dirty dish water mixed with mildew. Floors are definitely sticky and splatter on the wall of the booth. I’ve had plenty of Miso soups and never in my life have I seen it with Rotini noodles. Ran out of tofu? The ginger salad dressing is like eating a bowl of high fructose corn syrup 🤮. Shrimp Tempura roll is my favorite kind of sushi and I want to believe the runny substance was cream cheese but it was not appetizing. I was hungry so I powered through that. There are at least two other places you can go to nearby for a cleaner environment and fresher food. Should’ve followed my first mind.

Overall, the experience was positive—the place was clean, the staff were courteous, and they cooked dinner right in front of us, which made it an enjoyable and entertaining experience.

Our hibachi chef seemed to be inexperienced, and our salmon was extremely overdone and not pink in color. He held and pressed the fish down. When he cleaned the griddle, he held the burnt food over another customers plate. Needless to say, this could be why there was no wait.

I go there several times a week and I definitely recommend it. They give you a lot for the value of your lunch that costs just $10bucks plus tax
