Wonderful food and friendly, attentive service. We had the pabellón and the sampler, both were great. The sampler allowed us to try a few different items so we could get a feel for the food and we were not disappointed. Can't want to come back to try more.

My husband and I are always looking for new food adventures. One afternoon, we stumbled upon this place. We had no idea what we were doing, but were greeted immediately at the door and were made to feel welcomed. It's a small place with only about 6-8 tables. We wanted to order a lot of things to try, so of course we tried the sampler! My husband also got a pabellon arepa and a Venezuelan cachapa. Everything was amazing, but the cachapa was my absolute favorite! I will be back to order that over and over again!

We waited several minutes and no one talked to us. So we left.

Wow. This place is amazing. The owner and employees were so kind to me. I unknowingly stumbled in right as they were closing and they made me a fresh meal anyway. You can tell they take great pride in their empanadas, as they should. I got the Venezuelan chicken ones with like five different sauces- all of which were really good. I also really enjoyed the guava juice. 10000/10 recommend this place

My husband and I are Colombian and wanted to eat Venezuelan food. We found this place and the service was great. I ordered jugo de mora (blackberry juice) and he ordered jugo de maracuya (passion fruit juice). They were delicious, not too sweet and not too tart. I ordered the Pabellón and he ordered the Reina Pepiada. The arepas were good portion size. My husband loved his arepa, he said it had great flavor. I love my arepa too, it had amazing flavor, however, the beef was extremely salty. I couldn’t finish it so I gave it to my husband but he couldn’t finish it because he agreed it was way too salty. It wasn’t a big deal and won’t keep us from coming back because things happen sometimes food comes out a little salty. Other than that, the service was great and we would definitely go back and try some more food on the menu.

Great vibe. The patacón was very good. The tequeños were the best I’ve had. 5/5. Will be coming back for sure.

Really great food! I enjoyed a chicken empanada and the green sauce. It was than most drive thru’s if you are grabbing something simple and they have a sit down option as well. I was very impressed and can’t wait to go again! Great atmosphere and customer service as well! I was not super family with the setup but was very patiently helped by the gentleman at the cashier station.

Last summer, when I was traveling in Latin America, I tried Venezuelan food for the first time and I loved it. It makes me very happy that there is such a good Venezuelan restaurant in our town! My little brother and I ate arepas and empanadas, everything is delicious. My favorite dish was the pavilion. We also received friendly service. Guys, if you haven't tried Venezuelan food before, you need to! And this is a great place to do it.

The problem with me is I never can just go to a chain restaurant and be satisfied. I have to always venture out and find something different. So of course when I was visiting my dad I found Venezuelan food. We Love Empanadas is in a plaza off of N. Thompson Ln and is very unassuming. I went in during lunch and there wasn't anybody in there which is a shame because the food was sooo good and authentic. I tried a little bit of everything, including the Reina Pepiada Arepa, ground beef Venezuelan empanadas, chorizo croquetas, and a mixture of guava (y'all know I'm obsessed with guava anything ) and pineapple juice! Everything was cooked fresh to order and was so good! The Reina Pepiada arepa filling was light and healthy and the arepa itself was crisp, the empanadas were flaky and filled edge to edge with the ground beef! The croquetas were soft and pillowy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Everybody was so friendly here and the manager came to check on me and make sure everything was good. The service was great! I loved this place!
