Order thru doordash. I ordered 2 of the same meals. One chocolate frosty, one of their new chocolate thin mint frosty. What i actually got 1 fry, 2 different types of sandwiches that was not what I ordered, my chocolate frosty but a vanilla one instead of my thin mint. I'm terribly sick and can't even leave to correct this.
There is always an absolutely terrible wait time here. It just doesn't make sense, their not busy. There are no other orders to be getting ready, their just astonishingly slow at their jobs, it's honestly amazing to witnesses besides the fact of it taking 45 minutes to get a "Fast food" order...... it's a conundrum of fascination and being pissed off at the same time, so if you just happen to fins yourself craving mediocre cold food, and have 3 hours to waste, come on down to ANY of your local Murfreesboro Wendy's and they will have you covered. I'm almost sure it's the same owner operator as the one on s church st as they are equally garbage. Do not support these places. They are the scum of society.

Sunday night around 12am, 2/16. Pulled up to order and was told they have 9 doordashes before they can take my order, thats fine no issue i can wait. They take my order, and the women working left her headset mic on and while i sat there at the speaker, she was talking to her self or the other employee saying “damn this food cold as hell, oh well” and then 2 mins later can hear her digging thru the bag of food saying “damnnn this all cold” then proceeds to give it out to customers. Surprise, my food was cold. If yall gonna be charging 12$ for some basic combo, least you could do is serve it warm. Not surprised this happened tho since after reading the reviews on this place, sounds like its always trash no matter whos working

This location is not managed well at all. Front door has been broken for over one year. Employees inside are decent, but ALWAYS understaffed. Corporate would be wise to take over this location and give it to an operator who cares about the facility, customer service, and employees.

Horrendously bad. Not only did they get the order wrong, but the fries were cold, and the burger was barely cooked. The cheese was not melted. Probably the saddest fast food burger I have ever seen and that is saying a lot.
You would be better off eating dog food than wasting your money at this location.

Waited forever for our food. Neither of our sandwiches were correct and my burger tasted like it was made 2 days ago plus it was burnt. The employees need a lesson in customer service especially when the customer tells you three times what you want and you still screw it up. Don't roll your eyes when i tell you you didn't fix it right. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

I went by for lunch today ordered a Daves Double but was given patties for like a Jr. Burger. Called and spoke to Tonya who said there isn’t anything she can do basically. I drive 15 minutes for my food to be incorrect and cold. Save your time and money. This one of the worst Wendy’s in Murfreesboro!!!

It must've been an inside joke with this happening....... Ordered combo #1 single.
1. Fries ice cold.
Ok, it happens. I'll let that slide.
2. Burger cold.
How is a fresh cooked burger COLD? Aggravation level rising
3. Reach for my grape Fanta I ordered with the meal. This can't let me down. Impossible.
WRONG! IT WAS A TRIFECTA OF FAIL. FANTA WAS FLAT!
I had already hit the interstate when I discovered this all around fail. Only a 5 min drive went by until I found the fails.
You can't make this up. All three food items were not edible or drinkable. Chalked it up as a loss and continued on my way. Won't visit that Wendy's again. Hope their joke was worth the laugh. You got me. Ha ha.

3 different occasions, I've been in the drive thru, waiting to have someone take my order. 10 minutes in an empty line with no words spoken each time.
It was ok,but not as good as we expected..Plus I think the cashier was sick and asked us 3 times dine in or to go ..

The food is good for the most part. But they get your order wrong every time, especially if you Doordash. If you order the chilli, they will almost always forget the crackers and other toppings on it. If you order one sauce, they will give you another. They never put napkins in your bag. And the food can come out cold sometimes. It's just careless mistakes. Please, double check before giving your orders to the customers.
