Let’s speak on my experience because what world do we live in. Placed a mobile order online for lunch at the Wendy’s on Church street (yeah my mistake) Friday. Go to pick up my order and the manager is talking about my order is invalid and the payment did not process. I showed her the charge on my card and the receipt confirmation i received for my purchase. She did not care, called her GM who told her I need to pay again.. Yall in what world do i have to pay twice bc you don’t have a properly working system. I left without food or my money, had to go home and clock in with no lunch. I wasn’t able to dispute the charge as it was still pending. Fast forward to today- Attempted to dispute off my card but had to call Wendy’s customer service and spend even more of my time on this to get MY money back when i didn’t receive food. She reviewed it in the system- payment was successful and processed…
So long story short is Wendy’s system is messed up and you might place and order, pay.. then get nothing in return 🤣🤣 the managers response “Why didn’t you just order here” with a line out the door 🤣🤣

Y’all really get on my nerves. This is my last time ordering from here. Why are yall so stingy with the sauces or don’t want to include any sauce with the meals? I ordered from Uber Eats and specifically asked for 2 packets of ranch and received none. It seems every time I order, yall don’t include any sauce and it’s really annoying

Everything is great, but that corner SUCKS! If you're trying to turn left, someone might take pitty on you and let you out. But if not, you will have to turn Right and hope that by the time you get turned around before your food get too cold.

Cody at the counter was super friendly and ontop of all the orders at the front counter. My food was hot and fresh and this stores staff has changed for the good from past experiences.

Waited in line for an hour just to hear the credit machine don’t work and this is definitely how you get rid of customers cause the line was long. And I’m glad I didn’t eat this cause last time it gave me food poison this place of full of hotel workers that does herion and crack all day and the place is filthy and the workers look like they do drugs all day. If I could give 0 stars ⭐️ I would.

I ordered a double hamburger with no cheese and added bacon. The sandwich was very good fresh lettuce, fresh pickles, nice onions, slices, nice ketchup, and mayonnaise. It was just a delicious fresh sandwich didn’t taste like it been sitting on a warming tray. It was wonderful. The staff was very nice and polite and just it was a wonderful experience. I don’t eat fast food often, I consider it something. I do treat myself and this sandwich was a treat.

Food okay but they didn't even give me all my food that I order on a moblie order and I wait 30 min before I went there to get my food give them time get ready and than when I get there food wasn't even ready and i had wait 30 more min to get my food for them not to even give me all my food

I grabbed some salt pepper and straw and spoon and napkin for my food to go and was approached by a manager and told me I am not aloud to steal from them...as a paying customer grabbing accomomints for my chili to go...I felt very offended and questioned how am I stealing something offered for free in the dining room..we sat in to eat but I couldnt eat my chili so I was takin it with me and had to grab salt pepper and spoon and she literally accused me of stealing
