This place used to be good, I don't know how they stay in business, the burgers and fries tasted better back in the day, they need to up their game, don't think I'll ever go to Wendy's again, not worth it for the money.

BAD EXPERIENCE! I ordered an iced coffee and the lady asked me how much cream and sugar I wanted and I told her I don't know, really, you're the cook. At all the Wendy's I've been to, they give me ready-to-drink iced coffee. The lady yelled at me angrily. She asked me how much cream and sugar I wanted and I told her I don't know, I don't work here. I recommend that the owner train the employees better so they know how to make an iced coffee. They gave me the coffee, cream, and sugar separately so I could make it myself in my car while I'm driving. If I wanted to make my own coffee, I would have made it myself at home. That's why I'm the customer and I'm paying for full service, not to be yelled at. I just wanted a ready-to-drink iced coffee. And the lady at the window yelled at me and insulted me. I will never go to this place again in my life. What bad service and such rude workers. All that's missing is for them to ask me how they're going to cook the hamburger. I don't know that. You cooks should know that.

I grabbed dinner with my wife. She has heart conditions that are made worse when she's in the heat for prolonged periods. The temperature was 83 degrees. Who knows what the temperature was during the hottest part of the day. Very disappointed that we could not dine in, and I feel for the employees that have to work in this environment.

I was standing behind this Hispanic couple who spoke just a tab of English but understandably if you try to understand but the short lady I think she was GM with short hair n glasses was very rude not my first time inside noticing it with and Hispanic person NO WONDER The employees are the way they are they need a new GM WHO CARES ! Everyone attitude just so nasty never coming back close forever the location sucks anyways
