My experience was horrible. The employees are rude . The manger is nasty. I saw my food on the table. I had to wait 8 minutes for the girl to put my order together. The employees n manger was also making fun a another customer. Which was sad n rude. 😔

I understand that mistakes can happen, but this has been the case the last two times I visited. They put the entire order for three people, large burgers and fries! in one single bag, which was difficult to close and caused the fries to fall out. There’s also always an issue with the drinks or a missing item. I hope they improve the packaging and double-check orders moving forward.

Shout out to Wendy’s at this location for having five family orders of nuggets ready and hot when promised. Needed for help feeding a middle school football team and the service was great. Spoke with the manager earlier in the week to make sure the order would be ready and everything worked out beautifully.

I really hate to be this person, but wait time, 40 minutes in line. 20 minutes at window for food. To the point the wait time turned red. Cold food. However, if it wasn’t for one friendly white male employee with glasses, I would have gave an even lower review. He was doing everything by himself. He needs a raise.

i usually don't write reviews like this but i am starting to get annoyed. the past 3 times i have gone to this specific location my order has been wrong. i ask for a plain daves single just cheese and each time i have been given a burger with everything on it. it even states on my receipt that i ordered it plain. this is an issue because my 5 year old is picky. i have tried to get past it time and time again but i keep paying for something my child won't even eat. it would just be nice if orders can done as the customer asks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The people at this location are lazy and uneducated. Dry hamburgers, missing items. The people at this location deserve below minimum wage. Let robots take over, they will do a better job.

Food ordering at the kiosk was a mess. The unit would not read the QR code for our $5 rewards. The staff could not help us and recommended that we just order on the app and choose to pick it up at this location. Good thing we did not order to go because they messed up the order. The restaurant is newer than most I visited around us But, it was discouraging to see dirty tables and staff standing around behind the counter.
Hoping we were just there on an off night...
