Swung by Whataburger this morning to get some last minute grub before this massive snow/ice storm starts lol. Today is 1/24, Saturday morning at 5am. Anyways, placed my mobile order through the app for pickup in the drive-thru. A very nice man named Thomas came to the window and handed me my drinks. And told me that he just started everything fresh for my order, and asked me to pull up. I told him no worries, to take his time! He came out shortly later with my rather large order of food and thanked me for my patience and kindness. And I thanked him right back! Got home and checked my food, and everything was made to perfection. Everything was correct, fresh, and tasted amazing! All the sandwiches were labeled with stickers to let me know which sandwich was what. (Something they don't normally do when I go, even though they are supposed to.) Everything was wrapped up excellent. Ketchup and napkins in the bag. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews... but I was very pleased with my stop this morning, and ESPECIALLY wanted to give a shout-out to Thomas for being so nice and being great at his job! (Also I believe he was the only one working this morning at this location) He is definitely a one man show! Lol

Ava, taking our order at the counter was not welcoming at all very rude, once we got our food we were missing the honey mustard and ranch that we already paid for so I went to get those at the counter after she tried to charge me again - she needed the receipt and the honey bbq she gave us back which i get but the manner she went about it and attitude she had was terrible customer service. The bacon was also not cooked all the way on one of our burgers. Atmosphere was just not welcoming at all.

Bought friies and Jr hambuger as for mustard easy with x tomatoes no pickles and easy onion well there where so much mustard on it i could not eat it and there where no onions as I ask for and the fries had so must salt I never eat them I can't have salt on my food it just made me not want to go back there I went down to steak and shake and got me food there it was good
They seem to not have it together the night I went there as I was told to pull up in the middle to get order so I did and I sat there till 15-20 minutes later before they asked what was my order then she apologized for her mixing up the verbal directions she gave me

I’ve loved whataburger for many years in Florida and when I moved back here I was excited to see us getting them! This location was 10/10 today. Everything was hot and fresh and beats an hour line at you know where

Messed up our order. Went back in with a burger that was supposed to have cheese only no cheese was on it. They took it unwrapped it and put a slice of cheese on it in front of me so that I would have a cold cheeseburger. Now is it that y'all take products that have left outside then back inside unwrap them and hand them back cold.

they are so slow operating here it’s really sad. shame on y’all for wrecking whataburger name. texas has awesome whataburgers. this place feels like it’s ran by dummies. 4 cars in the drive through still takes 45 mins.
