I always ordered on the app because I know it takes about 10 minutes to make it. Well I ordered a simple burger fries and a pear raspberry drink. I waited for almost 25 minutes and I was the only person there at 3:15 in the morning. First time they came out and said that fries are going to be longer because they had to make new fries. 2nd time they came out because they ran out of the pear raspberry drinks so I asked them to refund me but they can't because I ordered on the app and have to call customer service.

Every time we bring our visiting families here we have a great time. This location in particular has made every time we come a great experience. Having come from the Midwest, we were always fans of Culver's, but this tops it 100%. We're always surprised at how well the staff treat us. You can tell they care! ?. The manager and staff at 6:20 pm on 10/21/24 went way above and beyond for our kids, the manager even came out to wish a happy birthday to our 5 yr old!

Burgers were large and good. My wife likes grilled chicken plain, nothing but chicken and a bun. They accommodated with no issues. The staff were all friendly, especially the woman who took our order. Thank you!

This location is terrible. They mess my order up damn near every single time. Just made an online order 30 minutes in advance. I arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. Said they hadn’t made the order and had to wait 29 minutes for them to cook it.

Very good. The Patty Melt was one of the best I've had, and the onion rings were crispy and delicious.
Definitely love Whataburger. This location in middle Tennessee tasted like what I remember about eating at the one's in Texas. They are coming to N.C. around Charlotte. Good burgers and fries with different options to add to your burger like, jalapeno, avocado.
