Second time trying it since they opened...what a bummer. While the person helping me at the drive thru window was exceptionally pleasant and polite the food was just grade school cafeteria grade. The burger was nothing exceptional, just a fast food burger, while the fries were like potato leather. They were cold and tasted to be about 20 or 30 minutes old while under a busted heat lamp then sprinkled generously with salt. The best part of the meal was the milkshake, though being the only redeeming quality. Sadly won't return again but your staff is very polite to interact with.

Waited in drive through over 15 min. Line never moved. Circled around to go inside and there ppl standing around at the registered and dining room. Left to go somewhere else. This location needs to get it together

My mother, wife and I stopped in after a doctor's appointment and tried Whataburger for the first time. The store was clean and welcoming. The Manager was very friendly. She was teaching a new cashier while she took our order. Food was fast, fresh, and brought out to our table. My only complaint was the burger patty itself was underwhelming and the burger was overdressed. Wound up tasting more mustard than anything. Overall we had a nice visit but probably will be a one time deal.

Has got to be the slowest, worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I would save time if I drove to Lebanon to get my food there. I’ve been here twice now and spent over 30 minutes getting my food. They need all new staff and management. Ridiculous.

Normally eat at the smyrna location buy go to this one when I'm on i24 cause it's closer to home from that direction. Came in last night and got a triple whataburger with cheese bacon lettuce and tomato only. After inspection my burger had mustard on it still. I went back to get it remade and they had the audacity to wipe the mustard off the patty and put a new bun on it. I could see the bright yellow mustard stains on the burger and tasted it in one bite. I've never in my life had a restuarant have the audacity to pull a lazy mom trick like that. What if I'm allergic to mustard and requested it with no mustard for that reason? I get mistakes happen and I'm not mad about having to wait on a remake, but that is completely unacceptable!
