Not worth the wait, curbside, had to go inside to pick it up despite seeing multiple employees coming and going through the doors. Noticed they were getting a bread deliver from a U-Haul van... By the time I got my food it was cold. For the prices they are asking for the food, it just isn't worth it.

What can I say about Whataburger? It was great! I was first exposed to Whataburger 10 years ago out in AZ. When one opened here in TN, I was all about it. The food was really good. Everything cooked correctly, nothing cold. The staff were friendly and prompt. We were very happy with our dinner.

This whataburger is amazing. Our first time eating here was Halloween night daughters. We ordered our food everyone sat at a table. They called out the numbers and brought our food to table also brought condiments to choose from on a tray . Thank y'all for such great food and service. Keep up the great work

When I went the food was really fresh and I didn't wait long at all in drive-thru. The only thing I hate is the location of this because it's in a horrible spot. It can be hard to get out of the parking lot here with the traffic and being close to a red light. You def want to go when Memorial isn't crazy busy. Also, the parking lot felt kind of small and limited.

BEWARE!!!!! we are from out of town and really wanted to get whataburger but to our dismay waited 25 mins in the drive thru while every other car left and i expected after patiently waiting i would receive at least some kind of coupon to be offered but nope full price for a terrible experience. wish i would’ve read all these other reviews and i would’ve known to avoid at all costs as this seems to be typical behavior from them

I would imagine that corporate would not want you to serve patties that are pink on the inside. Regardless of wait times. That on top of crappy service....hell whattaburger might as well be an overpriced McDonald's at this point.

Expect to wait 30min to receive the wrong order. And an additional 30min to go in and have them remake it. Happened 2 out of 3 times I've been there. Learned my lesson

I recently visited the Whataburger drive-thru on Memorial Boulevard, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I decided to try the new bacon jalapeno double burger, but when I placed my order, the young lady at the window didn’t seem to know what it was. After repeating myself a few times, I ordered the burger combo with fries and a large Diet Coke, as well as a spicy chicken sandwich a la carte.

Things got confusing when I was asked to pull up in the middle lane next to the car already waiting by the window. After a five-minute wait, the server came out with my drink, which she spilled slightly because the lid wasn’t on properly. I was uncomfortable handing over my credit card in this way, as she took it back inside and didn’t return for another five minutes. When she finally did, she handed me my bag without any acknowledgment or thanks and walked off without a word.

Upon checking my bag, I noticed that only one sandwich and fries were included. I had to go up to the door (which looked like a security door and didn’t seem welcoming to customers) and explain the situation. After some confusion, she brought me my chicken sandwich without any apology or further communication. I left feeling frustrated and concerned about my credit card, which had been out of my sight for a while.

The burger itself was below average—a 4 out of 10, at best. I haven't tried the chicken sandwich yet, but after that experience, I'm not looking forward to it. Unfortunately, Whataburger's service was lacking in every way, from the initial order confusion to the poor handling of my payment and the lack of basic courtesy. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d caution others to consider alternatives.

WOW! I have never had a greasier cheeseburger in my life. I had to throw away half because it was dripping grease. This location must never clean their grill. Come on, management… Do better! This was a disgusting experience!

Mess of a location. Do not come to this one.. 40 minute wait time. Order was wrong. Had to go inside the building after waiting 15 minutes past estimated completion time on my order. The staff was beyond lazy. Will not be returning.
