Food was fine but I've literally never been through a drive thru that took even close to as long as this one took. It actually kind of shocked me because it took about 20 minutes for me to get to the talk box, 10 for them to even start taking my order, and another 20 or so to get my food, which I then found out was missing an item. Ridiculous.

I would have given negative stars if I could. This is the worst place. We waiting 45 minutes for our food after placing the order then it came out cold, the cheese on the burger wasn't even melted. Looks like the burger was Sar on. This is only the 2nd time we have ever been and will not be going back ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

After you order it takes up to 30 minutes to receive your food it's the third time it's happened so I know it's must be normal here and it's slow only 5 customers inside the place is basically empty

Terrible service took about 30 minutes to get our food just sat there basically staring at us about 7 cars around us also waiting for their food food was just okay and as I'm writing this people are still waiting absolutely unacceptable

Should be re-named "Wait-a-Burger" because it's going to be about 45 minutes to an hour before you get your order. When you wanna grab fast food, you go for the convenience and the cheap food. I don't know if it's just this location but the service is the slowest that I've ever encountered at any fast food joint. You think ordering online ahead of time will save you time but the estimated pick up is ALWAYS WRONG--you'd probably have time to go to Target and catch a movie before your food is ready. The food is okay--but definitely not worth the wait. The last time I was there, I pulled out of line and went to the Wendy's next door (which also had a long line but went super fast and I was probably home by the time I ever got to even order if I had waited at Whataburger!) Until they can figure out how to be more efficient--SKIP IT.

Where do I begin with this review? First off the food is good and the people working are friendly. I have been going there 2-3 times a week, but I'm tired. I'm tired of it taking forever to get an order. Mind you, it's not all the time. It's still about 50% of the time you're waiting 25-35 minutes for your order. You can literally go to Outback and order a steak dinner and get it before you get your order at Whataburger. The employees are always working hard when I go there, so it's either one of two things. Corporate and people above the store level don't give a crap about customer satisfaction, or there's not enough employees to get food out in a timely fashion. I'm thinking it's corporate though, because I had an issue awhile back. I called the support line and emailed them. I never heard back from management. There's an area supervisor there who I think blocked it because I had an issue with him. Either way, it's absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to get your order here. At this point, I just want an answer, any answer as the what the problem is at this store. What gets me is they're building 2 more stores in this town and can't get the one they have running right!

If you're looking for a SLOW fast food place, here's a good one for you. If you relish dirty sticky tables and floors, here it is. If you like dirty self serve soda stations, here's a winner. If you like having condiments you have to pick off a tray held by a food server indicating they have no trust or a lot of theft, you're at home here! If you relish a store manager, who when told you have waited for your dine in order for 40 minutes and he tells you there's nothing you can do about it because he's short staffed, he's the one for you. If you enjoy seeing customers, including whole families walk out without receiving their orders. It's available here. Oh yes, you have to enjoy cold food! We'll not see you there because there's lots of optional ways to spend your dollars.

Terrible food. Burger was flat, dry and tasteless. Fries were cold. Chicken honey bbq sandwich was cold and dry. Soft drink dispenser needed to be adjusted since drinks were oversweet. Iced tea was good.

I went through the drive through at this location as I was transporting my husband from the hospital to an inpatient Rehab center. He had surgery and had been an inpatient for 7 days so of course, we were wanting a good meal before he was admitted for rehab. There were 6 cars in the drivethru window. We waited 40 minutes in line to get our order. Probably only 4 cars in parking lot for dining in area. I love Whataburger being from Texas and eating there multiple times and I have even come to this Whataburger and had a great experience however, this was ridiculous. If you are this short staffed that it takes 40 minutes to serve 6 cars, you need to close the doors for the shift until you can get enough folks to run it properly. In addition, the drink I ordered had obviously been prepared when I ordered it and sat until I finally made it to the window which left it watered down and the ice melting. Disgusting. Food is too expensive to give a customer a subpar product such as this. I had to throw it away as not fit to drink. My onion rings were cold and soggy. The hamburger was good however.

Our first time ever at the Whattaburger. A couple of things we liked about it were the fact that they cook your burger to order and put whatever you want on it. You place the order and then go sit down and they bring it to you. They were out of buns!! Can you believe that? They did have brioche buns which were fine, so no problem. We will be back, especially when the new one opens on the north side of town.

My first What a Burger experience. Fries came out old and limp and cold. I asked the server if this is the way they are normally and he said sadly yes. I asked for new fries and got some about 10 minutes later. Burger is Luke warm. Not impressed.

I have tried numerous times to give them business. It doesn't matter if you do drive thru, go inside or do curbside pickup. You need to plan to take an hour to get your food. They are always so slow and when you get your food it is cold. Last attempt a few days ago. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes before I finally drove off. Several other people left the line as well. Not one single car got their food during that time and there were only 4 cars in front of me. I was just glad that I had not mobile ordered and already paid. I do not plan to waste anymore time at Whataburger.

It had been over a year since I was last at whataburger. Nothing happened, I just don't go there that often. Today my daughter wanted to go in and eat. The line to order was fairly short but with 1 person in front of us, it still took almost 15 minutes of waiting to place the order. We got our drinks and found a spot to sit down. After waiting about 20 minutes and my daughter already asking when the food was coming, I started checking my watch more often. Exactly 30 minutes after we ordered, the food showed up minus the fries (which is probably the saving grace). My kid's fries were stone cold. Her burger was Luke warm and my burger was cold. The onion rings I had ordered were perfect though. After another 5 minutes, the missing fries came out and were hot. I had noticed when the lady delivered other people's food, she would also have a tray of condiments, no such luck with us UNTIL we were half way done our meals. She stopped by and asked oof we wanted any ketchup. Overall, the store felt disorganized and the food was mostly cold. Most reviews say the drive through you get fresher food so I'll have to try that next time but for now, I think I'll avoid going into eat.

Went to this location today. My husband and I waited over 20 minutes for food, resturant wasn't busy , the tables were discussing. My husband returned to the counter to inquire about our food and was informed they were waiting on fries. Upon received g our food the fries were cold. Wouldn't recommend any one dine at this loction.
