Stopped with kids after cheer practice got some burgers and shakes everything was fresh and Jennifer was the sweetest!
I came in early and got breakfast Jennifer and Linda were so sweet and my food came out hot and fast

We go to this location almost daily and have never had this BAD of an experience. The Chicken tender meal comes in a box. But tonight they decided to throw it in a bag where the gravy opened in the bag and all over the chicken and broke the back. I understand that “maybe” they were out of boxes but take the time to make sure the lid is on the gravy not upside down and dumped at the bottom of the bag and all over the food. The bag fell out by the time I made it back to his job, which is less than a mile from this location. Really sucks this is the only thing open in the area at 2am for me to take my fiancé lunch. Guess I’m start cooking him lunch at home which sucks because the Chicken tenders are his favorite and tonight was a huge disappointment for him tonight! This happened 10/14/2025 @ 2:10AM.

My nephew just came to town for the weekend to take care of his injured father who just got in a really awful semi truck wreck. So we decided to treat him to whataburger for dinner. ( he’s from a small town and has never tried it ) he was so excited! We ordered our dinner and they left out a burger. Was disappointed because this was our fav whataburger and we get dinner from here often and they have never messed up our order before. We drove back around to tell them they left out a burger and the manager comes and accuses us of lying? Says she went and watched the cameras and that we lied to her. I have never had an experience like this at any fast food restaurant in the boro! We showed her our bag of food and assured her we didn’t lie about missing 1 cheese burger? Crazy when you pay almost 40$ for food you don’t even get. Wont be back! I see why this place is empty it’s always starts with the management. She was so rude to us! Right off the bat accusing us of lying!

I am a frequent customer around midnight after I get off work. Ever since April started working at this location things have gone downhill! She’s very passive aggressive while taking your order. She doesn’t seem to know her own menu. She’s very rude and has a horrible attitude and awful tone. It’s unfortunate because prior to April, Skyy was the drive thru employee and she’s fabulous.

I gave it a try after the crowds died down so I could see for myself if it lived up to the hype. It did not. The burger was the same bland fare you can get at a Sonic nowadays--in fact, it was physically indistinguishable from a Sonic burger in any way, only that it was noticeably more expensive. The fries were good, though they'd have been better when they were hot; my order took a lot longer than it should've given I didn't show up at a particularly busy time. The food isn't terrible(though it is rather bland), but there are better burgers in town--heck, there are better burgers just down the same street. And the service is just too slow. Overall, my dining experience was rather disappointing and I don't think it warrants another visit.

Our first Whataburger experience. Used drive through so can't rate atmosphere, but the girl that took our order was awesome. Super friendly and patient and excited to help us first timers. Food was good for fast food and burgers were very large. Much larger than expected.

#2 Combo meat was flavorless and bland. Fries were ok. Diet Coke mix was off. Probably needs the fountain cleaned. Ordered 3 combos and only got 2 fries. Had to go get the other fry about busting my ass. The floor was so greasy from where they mopped the entire place with the same mop you can probably ice skate from one side to the other. Someone is going to break a hip. Whomever is giving this place 5 stars is either delusional or has never eaten a real hamburger. Go to Five Guy's for a burger.

Stood at counter at least 5 minutes before an employee from outside came in and asked if she could help us. Asked her for our orders and a side of pickles since the app allows only one extra. (I'm crazy about pickles). I hear her tell the back that we were there and told them for what I asked for. Then I guess she clocked out for her shift (I assume because she stopped by the register). She said it would be right out. We got a table. The manager was doing what seemed like an employee interview or something. We waited another almost 10 minutes. The manager got our order out on just a few more minutes later..I asked her for the pickles and some ketchup. The food was bagged instead of trayed like we ordered in the app. She looked at the receipt and asked if we wanted it out of the bag. Of course, we said we were fine. She was very nice and even took care of the line of other people. Food was good. The onion rings could've been cooked a little longer but otherwise it was made as we requested. I'm not putting blame on the manager. She should have been able to take care of something without there being customer issues and she really jumped right in when she was able to. The sitting area and bathrooms were very clean. So I guess my only real complaint is the wait to be acknowledged by anyone. I have this problem often as a Currier as well.

The food is okay its good quality for a fast food restaurant. However the cashiers are always nice and don't give attitude :). Jennifer B went above and beyond to help as I was having trouble with my mobile rewards.
