The food here is very good. Service is also great because we got our order served to us in 5 minutes. Definitely recommend and will have a good time.

I love Whataburger jalapeno cheddar biscuit, and buy them quite often. It was my first time buying them from this location. I was extremely disappointed on how hard & crunchy the bottom of the biscuits were. I called the store immediately to share this information with the M.O.D.. Her reply was, I’ll check the temperature on the oven. I asked if she mind replacing the biscuits if I come back to the store. Her reply was, our oven is broken and we don’t know when we’re getting so have to come another day. Then hung up.

I recently visited Whataburger for the first time and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with added cheese, while my sister had the Double Junior with cheese. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The service was extremely slow, with long lines, and I had to repeat my order three times. When I finally reached the window, the order was incorrect—my sister’s burger had only one patty (or rather half of a patty that looked like someone had bitten into it) and just the bun. It was shocking and completely unacceptable.
I took the food back, and while the manager was courteous and instructed staff to inspect the food more carefully, the issues didn’t end there. When I got home, I discovered my chicken sandwich was stale and hard, with cheese that was thick and unappetizing—clearly food that had been sitting out for 5-6 hours. I ended up throwing it away and eating a wrap instead, which I regretted not doing in the first place.
This experience is exactly why I avoid eating out. It’s frustrating to spend hard-earned money on bad food and poor service. One thing is certain—I will NEVER return to be finessed out of my money again!

3 out 3 burgers had so much salt on them they were inedible. 2 out 3 drinks were not what they are supposed to be and 3 out of 3 fries are good. A brand new location is going to have its problems but this is Murfreesboro and if you don't straighten this up, this location you will be closing it down.

I know this location is newer… however, this is a common trend with Whataburger in the area. It takes a while for your food to get prepared but when you receive it, it’s cold. Either Whataburger needs to rethink their strategy or leave the market. $20 for two Whataburger combos is a lot of money for a burger less impressive than a McDonald’s burger. Likely will not return.

Best Whataburger in Murfreesboro. This location seems to be quicker and the quality of the food seems to be better than the other locations in town. And I just wanted to brag on the sweet lady working the drive thru tonight around 11pm. She had the sweetest personality and was so kind. My shake was so good! She deserves recognition! Its hard to find people with good attitudes these days

Whataburger? Even the employees don’t know the answer. We ordered a burger and a coffee with vanilla and they came out and asked, “you guys wanted vanilla on your burger?” Now that could just be a minor error however the issues didn’t stop there. We never got any of our drinks and when we asked about them and they finally brought them out it didn’t have the sweet cream in it. We asked about it and they brought out sweet and low. They seemed nice, but didn’t seem to care about getting orders correct
